Food is always accurate when I pick up. Fresh warm and yummy. Sometimes they can be slow or not paying attention to when an online order comes in and I have had to wait maybe twice. Both times I get there ask for my order & nothing, then see the person pull a ticket and another few more come out. They get mine out fairly quickly. Place is usually clean and quiet in the evening.

I arrived at the restaurant at 10:50am The store was not open, and several people were waiting in line. Around 10:55, a lady unlocked the door but did not open it or acknowledge anyone. I understand companies run late, but no hello, apology, or at least opening the door is poor customer service.
I also tried to contact support on the company website and it is not going through.

The food was fresh and so delicious even though it was 30 minutes to closing time. It was my and my boys first time trying Chipotle but needless to say we will most definitely be back.

The atmosphere is casual and laid back. We stopped by after the gym in our gym clothes.
