I feel like it’s the only place I can get some decent food if it’s fast food

I tried another Chipotle location hoping for a better experience, but this one was just as disappointing. The place was incredibly dirty — the counters were filthy, the prep area looked neglected, and overall the restaurant felt poorly cleaned and poorly managed. It was bad enough that we walked right back out and went to Shake Shack instead.
This location seriously needs attention. Cleanliness should never be this low in a restaurant.

Been here 3 times and every time I go always have a couple staff members with attitude. Cashiers usually the friendliest, I know people have their days and this work can be stressful, but cmon, I dont need the attitude or annoyed faces when asking for things. Otherwise this place is alright.

We met Superman on Black Friday here today. He was single-handedly helping every person by himself. The line was smooth and flowing, and the service was excellent. He was calm and cool. Never missed a beat. Give this man a raise!

I came in at 10:50 because I get off late and this location was the closest I could make it to but they close at 11pm. The workers were polite & professional although they were closing they didn't make me feel like an inconvenience in fact they served me with pride & fully responded to any questions I had. Good service is hard to find especially at faster food merchants. Food was very satisfying.

Chipotle rocking tonight with smiles and efficiency even though the line was at the door continuously. Money in the tip jar. Keep up the good work!

Stopped off to eat lunch today. I got a bowl and some chips my daughter did as well. We sat down to eat , I grabbed a few chips, they were SUPER greasy looking. I tired to eat around the greasy ones but it was not possible. I picked up the bag off of their pan the whole bag was soaked with grease. My daughter took the chips to the employees who gave her an other bag. Those chips too were super greasy so I told her I’m not going to eat anymore, It’s so bad my mouth is greasy. We threw all of the chips away and went home. By the time I got home my stomach started cramping so bad and I started throwing up so bad.

I wanna start by saying chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat. The food today was amazing but the customer service here terrible I walked in. I was the only person in the store. I waited for about five minutes. Nobody said hi to me they all just kept going about doing whatever they were doing, they looked annoyed to help me and then when I went to go sit down because I was on my lunch, literally every table was dirty and not just crumbs like dirty with trash. The floor was dirty. The windows were dirty. The service counter was empty and dirty so I sat at a dirty table for about 30 minutes and ate, not once did anybody come for behind the counter and bother trying to clean your lobby..I don’t know if they’re having a bad day or what I don’t ever frequent this chipotle I usually go to the one closer towards my house, which is awesome. This location needs some help. Very dirty not just from my lunch rush dirty neglected, dirty, and your staff doesn’t seem like they wanna be here.

Horrible horrible customer service from Grey (her hat said Batman on it). She made the bowl in the sloppiest way possible while giving the worst attitude. Never changed her gloves. She’s needs to take lessons from the sweet server who was pregnant who even took the time to smile and be polite. Grey (Batman) should not be working in the fast food industry if she can’t be polite and respectful to customers. If you ever visit this location do NOT let her serve you.

Service was terrible we had to ask them to help us and then ignored us saying we will be with u shortly and then waited 10 more minutes we just left. DO BETTER this location is NW loop 410

We had an enjoyable awesome meal it was soo good. The workers where so attentive and with an amazing attitude brandon and the girl really gave us a great experiense. Will definetly keep coming to this location.

Really amazing and nice staff. I get overstimulated in loud environments and my boyfriend knows this. We sat down to eat & he could tell the music was too loud for me so he asked if they could turn it down a bit and they did thankfully. It was much better for me to enjoy my meal and not feel overstimulated. Usually i don’t say anything but im miserable so im thankful they did that!
