Foods amazing and was fresh even before closing. Only complaint is th3 tables and chairs were dirty.

Wish I could give more information but walked in and almost immediately walked right out. It smelled god awful, like sewage.

This is sad and ridiculous. When you order stuff through the Chipotle app, and you’re not there to watch them make it, they will screw you. Look at the size of this burrito, and how skimpy the bowl is. And they charge you more than $20 for these two items together. It seems chipotle has gone the way of every other fast food place, and the service has gone way downhill, and a time when you can stand out when everybody else has become shitty, chipotle is doing the same thing

If you want something that’s worth what you’re paying, just go to Freebirds. From looking at other reviews, this chipotle in particular seems to have a problem

The manager was unkind. Our order was incorrect. He sat there arguing with me saying he put sour cream with the kids quesadilla and when I got home it was a kid chicken taco. He treated me like a child and I have never experienced this before.

I have been to this chipotle a few times and this time I need to commend Gina for giving me the best customer service out of anyone here. She went out of her way to make sure I had a complete order even though her coworker said that it was impossible to get me the rest of my order… she made it happen and deserves recognition as a truly valueble employee. Best customer service I have EVER HAD AT CHIPTOLE! I hope corporate knows they have a gem who is not disposable. Give this employee a raise and recognition. Please. She deserves it.

The sour cream was spoiled, very disappointing. Had to throw away the entire burrito.
