I had just walked in to chipotle around the 5th and I didn't even get a chance to get in line when I heard a man yelling at his female employee with his finger all in her face It looked like he wanted to hit her which made me decide not to eat there that's very unprofessional of him I will not be going back to that location again

My order was not ready at the allotted time I put in for. When I spoke with the gentleman at the pick up area he said it was going to be another 15-20 mins due to larger orders ahead of mine. Very rude. Woukd not recommended this location in the medical center.

Was just about to go to this location on my lunch break but then remembered why I won't go back to this location. About some time last week I'd say Wednesday I took lunch with a friend of mine at about 1 or so as soon as I walked in I couldn't believe what I seen with my eyes. One of the employees was being attacked by a white male manager mind you she was a small little hispanic woman. I couldn't believe this is what I was seeing as soon as I walked into this location. I have been here times before but this was the first and let me just say I saw fear in this woman's eyes. I've seen her many times before such an awesome working. The fear I seen in her eyes broke my heart I had to walk out before reacting as I'm a woman of DV and it triggered me so bad. I just sat in my car and balled my eyes out. I hope she stands up for herself as no one deserves that being employed.

I had the worse experience today Sunday about 4pm my boyfriend wanted extra cheese and willing to pay for it but was met with anger and told I don’t have to serve you.
Very bad attitude from this particular lady. The other lady was very nice and helpful.

Overall good experience excpet the order part , it was showing no order received but the app owner name was there not the person who ordered. Finally the feont desk lady showed me all order received foe 7.20pm and i.was able to find my order.

Me and my boyfriend ate here Thursday night and have had a stomach ache all day. We know it was from here because once we ate here we were feeling queasy. I wouldn’t trust that they’re being clean here. Which is wild since it’s the MEDICAL CENTER location

This location at least seems clean, but the customer service is always terrible, they all seem so rude. There is abunch of places in the area with good tacos/ burritos that have good customer service around there.

So I've Never left a review about Chipotle, EVER.
I like to get my bowl, and my sides I like to get in the side. I put no sides inside the bowl. I get, red, green, corn and sour cream, that's it. Plus cheese for chips. Why am I being told I need to be charged, all of a sudden? Remember I said no sides inside the bowl, I like them in the side. Am I paying for extra? 🤔 I thought maybe it was a mistake, as this is the second time this has happened.

This is the worst location I have ever been to. Everyone working there moved at a sloth pace. There was a line of about 10 people waiting to get there pick up orders and half were there before I got there. I waited 25 minutes from the time my order should have been ready. The reason was the millennial working that station kept stopping to complain in front of everyone and at on point left all together. After all this my order was wrong!

The staff was so distracted in their own conversation, that they didn’t even know what they were supposed to charge me for. Their loss.
The person doing the condiments put so much sour cream and guacamole that I had to scoop it out later before eating, otherwise my bowl would’ve been a disgusting, soupy mess.
I haven’t been liking chipotle for a while, and after coming to this location, I would be happy if it was the last time I went to any chipotle at all.
My biggest complaint about chipotle is that my food is always cold by the time I’m done adding the extras along with the hot rice, beans, and protein of choice. The servers don’t care, and it’s obvious to see.
