I used to order from this location before the employees were so rude and unprofessional, but recently I think they changed their management team because all the employees are so nice and helpful they welcome me as soon as I walk in to pick up my order. And the service is quick.

I saw a lot of negative reviews on this location but I'm glad that my experience was decent. I ordered a burrito on Sunday and it was pretty on point and the ladies were polite but they just seemed exhausted. The only complaint that I had was that the burrito was kinda cold but it was still very tasty.

Every time I go the chips are extremely chewy, I don't understand how come the chips cannot be crunchy it feels like the chips have been sitting there for a while collecting all kinds of humidity, nobody wants to eat extremely chewy chips

If there was zero star i would have opted for that .Worst service ever . Staf dosent even greet or talk nicely. They are very rude . Rice is not cooked fully .
Not hygiene at all . This is my first time and last time to this chipotle.

First and last time coming to this location after a worker made a rude comment about my boyfriend’s question.

Me and my boyfriend decided to enjoy the BOGO deal for dinner at medical around 6pm. We noticed no one was eating in and the workers automatically put our order in a ‘To Go’ bag and didn’t ask if we wanted to ‘Dine in or take out’ like normal but I get its busy and they’re just getting orders out, however we wanted to eat in and my boyfriend asked for clarification if ‘it’s okay if we eat in here?’ They responded with ‘yes’ and as we are walking away I hear the female worker loudly/sarcastically say ‘ NO, you can go eat over there’, motioning to outside laughing. I couldn’t believe my ears. I was so upset I lost my appetite and didn’t even get to enjoy my food. Disappointing experience to say the least. I get asking ‘obvious questions’ may be frustrating at busy times but atleast have the decency to keep those rude comments to yourself.

Come here all the time and yes sometimes the portions are small, but today had to be the worst day by far. Asked for the other steak they had and she made the bowl so fast she dumped the wrong meat into my bowl and then said well if you want the other one it will be double, rather then fixing her mistake and then proceeded to give me barely anything in the bowl.

I went to Chipotle on my lunch break, and I’ve been to this location many times since working in the area. This was the first time I’ve ever been charged extra for sour cream. When the cashier read me my total, I was confused because no other Chipotle location has ever charged me for it.I ordered a quesadilla, and then they added an extra $2 just for sour cream ridiculous. I would understand if it were guac or queso, but sour cream? Really? Overall, just disappointing and not the kind of customer service I’m used to at Chipotle

I’m not sure why this chipotle has such bad reviews. When I was in the hospital me and my family ate at this location(carry out of course) multiple times over 2 weeks. The orders were always consistent and delicious. I drive outta my way to go to this location if possible. Idk about dine in cuz we haven’t don’t dine in but carry out is fantastic

Lime juice is artificial at this location. They use it in their “Organic Lemonade “. NOT FRESH
The queso dip is delivered. So NOT FRESH
Overall the food is better but the Chipotle difference claiming “No artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives is totally false at this location.

I ordered delivery and the store put a completely different bowl in my bag,my order was almost thirty dollars for delivery and I got the completely wrong food with things I'm allergic to in them so I can't even eat it.

I ordered a quesadilla and only received the tortilla in the order with the sides. The fountain had no ice so I just left with no drink. Also, the corn tastes too sweet and spicy? like they added sweet bell peppers 🫑 and jalapeños when I don’t recall the recipe to have sweet bell peppers and jalapeños in it-made me sick after eating the corn.

General Manager Ana Iftinca refused to talk to me after my wife's order (lifestyle keto bowl) was butchered and too spicy. My wife was working straight for 16hrs and was not able to eat, and when I politely asked to exchange it, seems like they thought I'm a hobo asking for a free food. A courtesy gesture can go a long way. Or just even a manager can make an effort to talk to me.
