Ordering online is a nightmare. They’re always so behind. The quoted time on the app is never correct. You’re always waiting well beyond the quoted time.

Stopped in late Saturday evening. Pretty busy but line was moving. Everything was stocked and dining area was clean. Service was friendly and bowls and burrito were made really good, no skimping.

I was in line and noticed a young lady ordering her food, the worker put a scoop of chicken in her bowl and another worker came up behind her said that it was too much chicken and proceeded to UNSCOOP the chicken that was already put into her bowl and put it back! This is disgusting greedy behavior and i’ve never seen anything like it at an establishment. I was so baffled I left without ordering. I will never be returning to this location .

Placed a catering order for an office event and it was not ready when we scheduled it. Ended up waiting 45 minutes causing me to be late to the event we ordered it for.

Personally I can’t complain about the food here or service even if you are dining in. I am a delivery driver and take food orders to customers for a third party company. Every time I get an order for a customer at this location I either wait so long for my customers food that the order gets cancelled, I get reassigned to another order or I am told the order is not in the store or has been picked up already. Of the hundreds of orders I deliver this is the only place that this happens and I feel bad for my customers who I have to tell that I will be late or that I no longer am delivering to them because of long wait times.
Update: this is no longer the case. There has been a vast improvement in delivery orders being taken care of with the same priority as the dine in customers

I’ve only gone at night and every time I do they’re rude, have attitudes, and don’t want to give you what you ask for because “it’s all we have for the night” even though they didn’t close for another hour and half.

I know this location shrinks all the food items.. Order Extra chicken but still got the regular one... Avoid this location online orders... You can try ask to add more if in person but all the best.

Ordered a bowl in the app and ordered extra rice and beans to go with it. When I got home, I noticed the plate was really light and once i opened it, there was such a small portion of everything (possibly half portions?). Sadly won't be coming back here.

My friends and I have recently started to eat at this particular Chipotle. The food has been pretty decent. We do notice though, that they are VERY STINGY WITH THEIR RICE! They will literally put a half tiny scoop of rice in our bowls. IM NOT PAYING ALMOST $20 FOR A MEAL FOR YALL TO PUT A TINY LITTLE SCOOP OF RICE IN THE BOWL PEOPLE!! COME ON NOW!!

Then after you ask for more rice, the employees seem taken back because you’re asking for more… y’all are supposed to fill the bowls!!!! That is what us customers are paying for!!!!!

If this continues, this particular Chipotle will lose valuable loyal customers guaranteed.

THIS IS A REPLY TO THE OWNER: I have read your comment. We do not ever feel cheated because we always ask for your employees to fill up our bowls, they have not been filling our bowls up with rice lately. The scoops are no where near 4 0z at all.

I suggest you monitor the scoops that they are providing with maybe cameras and take heed to what some of us customers are experiencing here.

If not, no problem. We can always take our money elsewhere to other Chipotle’s in town anyway, that will provide. Thanks and take care!

Don’t mobile order here. You’re better off waiting in the line, unless you wanna wait an extra 30+ min for an order while other people get their food in line within 5 min

DO NOT COME TO THIS CHIPOTLE

If you want to be skimped then this is the place for you! I felt like I was in a breadline during the Great Depression the way I was treated here by the rude employees. Chipotle on Bandera is my chipotle of choice, they care for their customers. I hope that the management fixes its act so that the employees can feed and satisfy the public.

Not to mention, watching the cooks pick at the food on the stove!
