I never come on here to complain, but I feel this might be the worst chipotle I ever had gotten first off the rice and the chicken, no flavor, not even a hint of salt. The rice is also kind of watery? I’m kind of disappointed. I don’t wanna call and tell tell them and be caring so I’m just gonna warn y’all don’t go. And also it was literally 8 o’clock when I had got the bowl hardly any people were there and the guy was rushing me. Like calm down, but I get it. I just hope you guys improve on the food flavoring, cause I’m really disappointed.😢

DO NOT COME HERE AS A MINORITY !!!!! discrimination and prejudice is more important than your meal ! I like cava better but when I did come here for a simple Dip bowl , I quickly knew to never come back. Shawn is management and did his best at listening before the nd of shift but other than that , I wouldn’t recommend this specific chipotle to my worst enemy . Just go somewhere else forget convenience because this is the LAST place to look for it . Corporate is so hard to contact to so I’m saying now , save your time and patience !!!!
P.s. if u get amra as your server GOOD LUCK !!!!!!! she do any listen and has HORRIBLE customer service. My friends had the same experience 4 times with her

Honestly I never make reviews but I always avoid this chipotle 😂 and go to the one on medical dr they are way better more cleaner and it just is a lot better. Plus they don’t skim on the food

First time in a long time the food and the service were good!
This store was filthy! I watched a worker go take a tray off a table, push the chairs in, and walk away. There was food all over every table, chair, and on the floor. For the bowls, we got half a spoon of rice, one pinch of chicken, lots of beans, lettuce, and salsa! Came away with a bowl of beans, lettuce, and salsa for $13. the bowl was half full. Totally unsatisfied. Not to mention, the girl was very rude when we asked if we could get more rice. She gave us a small tip of the spoon extra.

Just WOW!!! This was by far this best Chipotle experience we have ever had in any Chipotle across the US. The manager was so kind, outgoing, efficient, and prompt to meet the needs of all the customers. The food was so fresh. Every staff member was so kind to my family and went above and beyond. This location was not always this way in years past and I feel it is definitely due to to this new manager I met today. What a fantastic staff they have brought in. In recent visits, it has been like a whole new store! We do look forward to going each time! We will never go to any other location.
