Literally the worst location in town. Employees are lazy and rude. They clean up way before they should and wonât make meats an hour before closing if they are out.

For the past few times I've been to this establishment, l've been throughly disappointed. I love chipotle, which is why I come back, and every time I come back I hope itâs better, but itâs not. From rude looks, terrible customer service, and anything you can think of. Some days I just get a whole avocado thrown in the burrito, other days they forget half of the ingredients, the queso is chunky, the chicken is rubbery, pounds of salt thrown onto the stale chips, it's just not enjoyable anymore. The staff needs more training. I hope to see improvement in the future.

Ordering online is a nightmare. Theyâre always so behind. The quoted time on the app is never correct. Youâre always waiting well beyond the quoted time.
Stopped in late Saturday evening. Pretty busy but line was moving. Everything was stocked and dining area was clean. Service was friendly and bowls and burrito were made really good, no skimping.
Lucy is a very sweet and great cashier ! This location is very good over all
Went last Wednesday the 30th during lunch rush, and the assembly line gave team players with a smile; including great friendly service.

I was in line and noticed a young lady ordering her food, the worker put a scoop of chicken in her bowl and another worker came up behind her said that it was too much chicken and proceeded to UNSCOOP the chicken that was already put into her bowl and put it back! This is disgusting greedy behavior and iâve never seen anything like it at an establishment. I was so baffled I left without ordering. I will never be returning to this location .
Why is this the WORSE Chipotle location?
Order is always incorrect / missing/ bad quality.
Placed a catering order for an office event and it was not ready when we scheduled it. Ended up waiting 45 minutes causing me to be late to the event we ordered it for.
Personally I canât complain about the food here or service even if you are dining in. I am a delivery driver and take food orders to customers for a third party company. Every time I get an order for a customer at this location I either wait so long for my customers food that the order gets cancelled, I get reassigned to another order or I am told the order is not in the store or has been picked up already. Of the hundreds of orders I deliver this is the only place that this happens and I feel bad for my customers who I have to tell that I will be late or that I no longer am delivering to them because of long wait times.
Update: this is no longer the case. There has been a vast improvement in delivery orders being taken care of with the same priority as the dine in customers
Iâve only gone at night and every time I do theyâre rude, have attitudes, and donât want to give you what you ask for because âitâs all we have for the nightâ even though they didnât close for another hour and half.
