Chipotle Mexican Grill

Gave me the runs. Rude staff. Do not recommend.

As is typical got cold food, but the real kicker was the kids meal.

Part a.) Forgot the apple juice.
Part b.) The side of fruit picture is attached.

Come on guys.. I'll try again in 18 months I guess.

Edit to add. Just realized they gave me the wrong meat. I ate it due to being hungry, but I love the upcharge for the value product.

Delicious food every time. When I want to quickly feed the kids and I don’t want fast food, we go to Chipotle. Lots of flavor at a decent price.

Expensive but they serve a lot.

Horrible experience from employee Juan today. I ordered a burrito and he rolled it so poorly that half of the insides came out and got all over the outside of the burrito. When I asked if he could wrap it again, he said it was my fault because I asked for too much sour cream - he then threw the burrito in the trash can behind him (knocking it over), and proceeded to angrily remake my burrito. I get we all have bad days, but this was over the top in my opinion.

we ordered via Uber eats and when we got our delivery the receipt on the bag was right (a burrito & a burrito bowl) but the bag had 4 items none of which were ours. so I drove down to the restaurant and the girl already knew because the people who got my order had just left after getting theirs corrected. She was super nice about it and I get mistakes happen.

She repeated my order back to me and I sat at a table while she made it. she gives me the bag and apologizes again. I know I should have checked the bag but she had repeated my order to me before she started remaking it. so when I got home and opened the bag to find a burrito (not the one we ordered) an order of tacos and a quesedilla with chicken...... I gave up so we just ate the wrong food. I know I should have checked but she had repeated what I had, even had the bag with my original food but was remaking it because the other person had already touched it..... the quesedilla and burrito were good but they aren't what we ordered and wanted!

They forgot the cheese in my order :(

The food was decent, but I noticed a lack of attentiveness in customer service. I visited with my husband on March 24, 2025, around 2 PM to 3 PM. The young employee who assisted me appeared disengaged and seemed visibly annoyed when I requested queso, making an irritated expression. Additionally, she initially attempted to serve an old, crusted portion until her coworker intervened and directed her to use the fresher batch from the to-go orders section. When she finally added the queso, the portion was extremely small—despite the fact that guests have to pay extra for it. I was not very fond of that interaction.

Having previously worked at this location for a short time, as well as in various fast food and customer service roles, I can recognize when food has been sitting out too long and when service falls short. Additionally, when I worked here, it was standard practice to inform customers that queso came with an additional charge. While I have no issue paying for add-ons, transparency with guests is important, and unfortunately, this detail was not communicated to me by the employee.

Overall, there is room for improvement in both food handling and customer service to enhance the dining experience.

They were sticking their hands on the food worst place ever

Inflation sucks! They are expensive for fast food / Tex Mex. They lack quality control as the rice in my burrito was crunchy. I don't visit often, it wasn't horrible, but I won't go back unless I'm in a pinch.

It was my 1st time going to there. It was amazing. The food was awesome. Chips were delicious.

The food and portions were perfect.

a friend and i came in around 2:30pm. the worker who serviced us was very efficient and nice! the portions were great too! will return if im in the area again 😊

Chipotle is good. I wouldn't go to this one as they barely give you any food unless you're willing to stand there and pretend to record them. and if you order online forget about it.

Don't get salads from this one they put like a smidge of lettuce , it defeat s the purpose.
