I came to have dinner with my daughter we got our usual two chipotle bowls
There was hardly any chicken as we got the scraps they were able to scrape out the pan then we were told there was no lettuce… both employees looked at me crazy with no empathy or any apology. Literally rude customer service and to top it off the chips were stale . Again no remorse when I lightly complained… never again

Was double charged for guacamole. When I saw the total the girl realized I was about to ask why it was more than expected. That's when she told me she had double charge me....then proceeded to ask if I wanted the 2nd guacamole? Um, yes I want what I paid for. Of course is food is worth the subpar customer service.

I ordered on Monday and had the best bowl ever so i decided to order today and was very disappointed smdh. Doesnt look anything like my bowl that was so full on Monday not to mention they didnt even put my lettuce! Picture is bowl from Monday and bowl from today. I didnt put the toppings on the 2nd pic so u could see the bowl was not full at all. My bowl monday was full to the top

I am regular here and I dread when the manager Torres is on shift. Portions get smaller, food sits longer, lines get longer, I have a poor experience overall. Don’t order online either, I believe this is for all locations but they have a different set of guidelines for to go food overall bad. I understand as a manager your job is to cut cost but not a the cost of your customers.

been to this location multiple times, everytime me and my friend go together there's a significant difference in our portion sizes (both get burritos). every single time his has been double my size, at first it was kind of laughable but it's starting to feel purposeful. not to mention, the guy was not friendly at all. food did taste good atleast!

Holy shit ! Ants all over the food ! Walked in , the girl working just looks at me and doesn’t do anything. I start to order and notice ants all over the food serving counters . Hell no ! I’m out
Terrible experience, I love chipotle but this time was just horrible. The cashier was extremely rude and had an horrible attitude. Not coming back to this place.

Rude cashiers. They rush you rudely to simply give you half portions of everything. Small scoops and never fill the bowl. Its becoming a rip-off to eat here. If you say anything then they give you dirty looks and roll their eyes.
This location is always filthy. Just plain dirty and filthy. You will find dirty tables everywhere and will have to wipe down one yourself if you want to dine in. Its almost like they keep it dirty so that you don't wanna sit down. This has been going on for MONTHS. Dirty tables everywhere. I once asked for a towel to clean a table, the general manager said he'd get it. He wiped down ONE small table. That's where I had to eat. I was dumbfounded that as the manager he didn't see how dirty it was and needed to be cleaned. The floors are even worse. This poor customer had to grab a napkin and wipe her table down to eat. When another customer had to do the same is when I decided to write this review. Your management at this location needs to be reviewed. It seems the lack of care or cleanliness comes from the top because it certainly shows all the way down to your staff.
