Was double charged for guacamole. When I saw the total the girl realized I was about to ask why it was more than expected. That's when she told me she had double charge me....then proceeded to ask if I wanted the 2nd guacamole? Um, yes I want what I paid for. Of course is food is worth the subpar customer service.
I would take a bullet for the staff here they respectfully give me the amount of ingredients I ask for UNLIKE SUBWAY WHO WONT EVEN LET ME PAY EXTRA FOR MORE CUCUMBER. Not that I'm bitter. Cause I'm not... nobody understands my sour cream needs like this chipotle <3
Inflation sucks! They are expensive for fast food / Tex Mex. They lack quality control as the rice in my burrito was crunchy. I don't visit often, it wasn't horrible, but I won't go back unless I'm in a pinch.
