On 09/29/24 around 1:30 pm I came in to purchase 3 plates, I was greeted and taking care from a young man, I was choosing the items then a lady came and took us over, she was the rudest person I ever seen in this place she pressured me to make my selection she overcharged me a dish, then she threw the bag on the counter after I’d pay, I have been buying food for long time at this place, never been treated like this before.

I feel like this is a hidden gem! I went through the drive thru and the customer service was amazing! I ordered on the app and saw on the menu they had sweet and sour chicken so they let me exchange it, I really appreciate it and I will be back! (PLEASE ADD SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN TO THE APP)

This place has way better food than Panda Express of course and the portions are fairly good compared to most Chinese places. The only thing that I would complain about is there is a girl in the drive-thru who is kind of rude and not customer oriented she kind of has an attitude when you're ordering and when you get to the window so that's what kind of turn me off but other than that the food is good so yeah.

Usually they are pretty good but today the GeneralTso chicken was very old and dry tasting. I visited the restaurant at 1:30 Sunday afternoon. I don't think I'll make this mistake again. I could not eat my meal I just threw it in the trash.
