This location has a trampoline area for younger kids which is nice. Staff was kind and facility was clean for the most part. Bathrooms could use extra cleaning throughout the day and air freshener. Prize options are very limited.
This is the second year in a row that our daughter has had her birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese and we have been lucky enough to have Gabby as our post both times. We absolutely love her. She is amazing. She was very attentive, professional, knowledgeable, did everything she could to make the day easy for us and even was very patient with some family members that kept asking For help with games that were broken. Please know that you have a great employee and she made the experience great for us.
Food is crazy overpriced
Great place with a nice budget
To spend time with your kids
We absolutely love Chuck E. Cheese! My daughter has a membership, and it’s been worth every bit—she gets to play her favorite games anytime, and it keeps her entertained for hours. We even hosted her birthday party there, and it was such a great experience. The staff was super helpful, the kids had a blast, and everything was so organized and fun. It’s definitely become one of our go-to places for easy family fun!
Pizza has greatly improved. Our granddaughter loves the trampolines. Lots of things for kids.
Best location
My children love this place!
This review is for the helotes location. The kids loved it. Parents had some fun as well. Some of the games were fun and some were not. Several weren't working properly and 1 not at all.
We had a bbq chicken stuffed crust pizza. It was awesome. Just took 30ish min to come out so plan accordingly. I will get that again. Didn’t get a salad as i wanted bc a child came up and kept grabbing out whatever he wanted to eat with his hands. I mentioned it to staff and nothing was done. Maybe the salad bar should have a guard for little hands to be kept out.
Chuck E came out several times. The kids gathered around to greet Chuck E. Chuck E was without an escort. Same child was hitting Chuck E (C E) on the bottom and following C E around as he tried to get away from the hitting as he was also trying to greet other children. This child decided the grab C E inappropriately. Child did stop when told to. Staff or parent should have handled it but didn't.
The party went well. The young lady who hosted it did a great job. The staff was very friendly.
It was fun and we will be going back.
Very clean! They even had an employee wiping rides and toys down with disinfectant wipes. I will definitely come back here with my kids.

Had thee most horrible experience
Great place to let the kids blow off some energy.
Never been to this location but everything was Great for toddlers. 1 credit for all games! But I will say the prizes kinda suck. U need Alot of tickets to get a good prize. But besides that everything is Awesome almost better then Peter Piper Pizza
Much better than I assumed. Very clean, though. Small, but there's a lot to do in this little space. Older kids don't have as much to do, but my five grandkids had fun. If you are going to play in the trampoline and jungle gym area, you need to pay for the socks and the wristband. They should actually have this monitored a little better or maybe a gate so that kids can't just run in. We were part of a birthday party, so I didn't know when I was following the two-year-old, but that's how I found out. If you're someone going in individually, you'll know because they'll talk to you about it. I appreciate that they don't let people get drunk here. You can only have one beer per hour. The Pizza was good. Our attendant was amazing! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend!
Management needs to turn
