Typical kids party place but the games and machines need an update. Food served there is ok.

Kid-friendliness: Place is for kids

Visited with my son’s soccer team. Overall, very disappointed.

A game my son wanted to play was broken. I informed the lady at the front desk. She said the attendant was on the game floor. He wasn’t. He was serving a birthday party. Poor communication between employees.

I went back to the lady to check in after 15, 30, 45, and 60 minutes. It took over an hour for the attendant to fix the game. Other games were broken and/or extremely dirty. I didn’t even bother reporting given the hour long wait.

Food was bad and service was poor.

I’m very sad because I haven’t been here in like three years and it changed they took away the animatronic chucks and it looks different and I only came because of nostalgic feeling but when I went I didn’t feel any so please bring back the nostalgic feeling

Perfect place to bring my 2 year old grandson for an afternoon. Pricey but $60 for a pizza, couple of drinks, points game card and trampoline are worth it. Clean, fun, safe environment. Afternoon weekdays definitely the perfect time to go.

None of the tables or booths were clean still had bread crumbs everywhere. They raised the price and took the tunnels " play area" away and put a trampoline in so ridiculous not many kids can play in the little area ?. I waited 15 minutes and was the only person in line with my kids to get there pts cashed in for they're toy... I used to come every year with the kids. I won't be returning.

Recently this location was renovated but most of the games don't work. The jumping cage is a great addition for kids that need to burn off energy.
