The guy working around 10:30 last night (1/13/25) was amazing! He was by himself and still managed to get our order out hot and fresh. The customer service was excellent — easily one of the nicest and friendliest employees I’ve encountered at this location. Really appreciated the great attitude and hard work!

💩💩💩Customer Service!! I went yesterday as I placed my order I asked the drive thru cashier Lupita M forTX Pete's Hotsauce and wanted to try out the Jalapeño creamy sauce I asked her @drivethru window I was asked to wait onto the parking got my order but no sauce so as I waited she brought out other orders to those waiting for their orders I kindly reminded her about the sauce and she gave me a very dirty look and said ok, I waited over 30 mins. She brought out everyones orders and they all had left about 4 customers and i was still waiting for my sauce!! Then I drove to the drive thru window and asked her kindly again she became very upset and pretended she didn't know what I was talking about she was very very rude and gave me 3 TX Pete's and only 1 creamy Jalapeño sauces and told me i can only have 2 Jalapeño creamy sauce and had to charge me for each which i was fine with that and I had ordered 2- 8 piece boxes and she gave me 1 creamy sauce and only 3 TX Pete Hotsauce with the dirtiest looks ever along with her rude nasty attitude!!! Which was uncalled for!! I CAN SEE THE REVIEWS I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS EMPLOYEE!!

HORRIBLE costumer service as well as workers forgetting to put in exact items we asked for and in a hurry to get us out the line . there was a big Mexican or maybe white tall dude at the window and he was super rude if you don’t like your job then stop working in fast foods PLEASE smfh and I came through the drive thru at 10:09 pm . Ok...don't get me wrong. I absolutely love Church's Chicken. But yall need to leave the wing game alone. They have a 9 piece wings(ette) combo. And I almost broke a tooth! These were the hardest wings I've ever tried. On top of that....no seasoning at all. If it wasn't for the ranch....smh. Will come back bit never order those again!!

I pulled into churches drive through around 8:55 I was told that nothing could be made fresh and that I would have to take whatever is already made even being that the restaurant doesn’t close until 11:00 pm the man at the window proceeds the yell through widows at me saying that I can take what they have or leave he was extremely rude and unprofessional I could understand if the-last hour nothing gets made fresh but he is saying chicken that is sitting over 2 hours or more is all I can get I will be pressing this issue and the things I was ordering was very minor and wouldn’t have been no more than a 10/15 minute wait like 3 chicken strips and Mac and cheese
