The manager was rude. So were the cashiers. They had no chicken ready. And it took over 25 minutes to get our food. This place should be shut down. Lousy lousy lousy experience!!!!

Today I bought a 12 piece chicken and sides. When got home opened the Mac and cheese to my surprise was all burned, I mean chunks of burnt Mac and cheese all over as f it was the bottom of the pot. I did called the store to let them know but keep getting a busy signal and when it does ring no one answers. I have bought here before and have received poor service as well like cold chicken, burnt chicken, cold corn on the cob and so forth. I have given so many chances on going back I think this s the last straw. Will not be going there any more will take my service and money else where.

I thanked him personally, but had to leave a review! Received my order quickly although my mashed potatoes didn’t come with gravy… but his service made up for it!Thank you for being kind J R, made my bad night- less stressful

1st time customer here and the first impression is the lasting impression I'll have. Out of chicken??? Chicken is literally in the name! But you have someone already in drive-through getting their order and another person at the window let me guess you just ran out chicken or is it you just don't want to cook anymore

I live pretty far just to come to this location.I grew in this neighborhood. But what makes this place stand out is the customer service. Great job. The chicken is always a plus. There is no dine in at this location but taking it to go is always good. So if your close to this location stop by and get a pie. You won't regret it

Manager was very rude when I asked for a new batch he gave me the same dried refried chicken. Didn't even have any crisp left over. I asked for my money back. He said " it's a little better"? This was cpl weeks ago. I go to a further location now. It's happened lunch and dinner here. Cashier was very polite☺️
