Church's Texas Chicken

Chicken was old and dry. Biscuits we're hard. Wasted $35.00 on a 10 piece mixed with 4 biscuits, 10 jalapeño bombers and 1 side. GROSS GROSS GROSS . Called manager and said they didn't know what I was talking about cause everything is fresh. 🤬🤬🤬🤢🤢🤢🤢

Last week was fresh. Today, it was terrible. The meat was clearly sitting for well over an hour. It was completely dry, and the meat was crispy on the outside. It was very disappointing. I'd say it's well worth the wait if you ask for them to make a fresh order. Otherwise, you're gambling with a terrible meal.

This is what churches thinks a chicken sandwich should look like 😭 I’m so disappointed. I love the fried chicken but I can’t begin to understand how they can call that a chicken sandwich. It’s a chicken patty and honestly McDonald’s has better chicken patty sandwiches. The guy at the register basically rolled his eyes at me when he asked if I wanted the meal and I confirmed that it came with both sandwiches. So so disappointing

This isn’t the first time you guys hire a very disrespectful lady that just hates her job or just being there! She has no respect which should not be working for anyone and will the last time I visit that store

Food is great from here the only problem I have is they never got nothing after a certain time they close the lobby early like at 8:40 even tho dine in hours are till 9pm and today they told me they only got legs and thighs I don’t know who does the truck order but would appreciate if they did a better job also manager stated that they only had 2 people but I clearly saw 4 people I’m a general manager myself and work in the food industry and I usually get great service from this place but casy or Cathy the manager seems to allow poor behaviors to build up hoping to get in to contact with the GM or supervisor and hoping they don’t get defensive but more fix this on going issue

I need a general manager to contact me the food that I was given today was old stale fries old chicken absolutely disgusting you can only have these items for so long why am I being served old stale food
