This location needs to train their employees or stop false advertising because I went to get the Grande meal which is either mixed chicken or half chicken half tenders and they said I could only pick chicken or tenders.
That is not what is advertised on the meal even though they gave me that meal before.

I was overcharged, I was missing items from my order, and I was told I could not pick my sides when the app and their sign clearly stated I could. The cashier told me it was $19.46 after he scanned my rewards code and the coupon code. (8pc chicken only should have been $6.99 NOT $14.99) I saw him look at my receipt too after he charged my card and he just wrapped the receipt around my card and handed it to me. I SHOULD have checked my receipt and order before leaving. Not only was I not allowed to choose the sides on the $6 Real Big Deal, they forgot the coleslaw and jalapeño, and sauce. We live over 30 mins away so I didn’t notice until I was home. I’ve tried calling several times and no answer. Very disappointed.

Te place stinks like the air filters arent cleaned. The food sucked for a 30 minute waiting time. The old lady attending couldn't refill stuff that was ordered scamed people that shift sucks. In my opinion they should be fired

Horrible food especially for the 30-50 min waithing time for just chicken which is preaty unbelievable. This crew of elderly people should not be in this high stress job they take 7 minutes to just put 12 pcs of chicken to the tray on to the box. They do not refill anything including the drinks, and food like macaroni.

Do not go on weekends old people shift they suck for their work environment. They cant refill anything so if you ordered it online then you just get scammed. Took 40 min waithing for an online order. They take 5 minutes to put 12 pcs of chicken in a box making every order take 10 minutes or more. They dont respect order a head

The food was extraordinarily amazing, especially the chicken, along with the jalapeno poppers, Mac n cheese, and mashed potatoes. The service was amazing too, people were waiting with intent and smiling faces to help us order our amazing food.

I ordered the two piece dark special with jalapeno and biscuit. The food was hot, tasted fresh and it was made quick.. The service was friendly and fast. The price was really reasonable, too! I will definitely be back soon!

Great Church's location. Always a positive experience. Original Flavors back. Excellent chicken tender! Excellent fried chicken! Excellent sides. Great Flavor!
