Check your order before you leave the drive thru order 12 piece mixed and they gave me all dark I called them but of course they don’t answer they suck never again will I go there and there chicken also sucked !!!

Good service just waited ten minutes, and my order was out food fresh cooked great quiet atmosphere to eat in too.
Walked in ordered food and immediately the manager was like we don't have change smh there goes sales smh.

Food was cold and the mashed potatoes had hardly any gravy. My husband got up to ask for some gravy because it barely had any and the female manager said no because there was an extra charge but literally there was no gravy on it… so why would be the extra charge. Meanwhile someone’s girlfriend or wife was there with 3 children and she filled one of the baby’s bottle with iced tea. ? but we were paying customers and were mistreated because we used coupons. Making faces when presented. Anyway why offer coupons if they get looked down at. I’ve grown up eating Church’s and this was by far the worst experience and will definitely not be stopping at that location ever. We wondered why the parking lot was so empty. So dissatisfied after driving long hours and barely getting the first meal at 3pm to have this kind of experience. It’s so sad that customer service has gone away.

The food was not like Church’s chicken makes their chicken . The pieces were tiny and the Mac & Cheese had something unexplainable. I called around 8 times and was hung up on 8 times. I never spoke with anyone. Bad service and disappointing food. This location needs a turnaround with its employees, cooks and management.
