They had to ask me to repeat my order several times in the drive thru. That was the first red flag. I should have left but I didn’t. Then the guy forgot to charge me for a side and asked for my card again. He had a huge hickey on his neck. Then I get home and I have this random plastic in my chicken. What the actual eff.

I was hesitant at first because the last few times I bought Church's it was ok. It's been awhile since I bought from them but this time the chicken was not greasy and had a good flavor. Keep it up.

A common theme on the take out is to be told that it is a 9 min. wait for your chicken sandwich and to please pull forward to park because the drive thru timer is on and they don't want it to reflect the 9 min. wait. Absurd business practices.

If I could rate it lower, I would. They make you wait for the chicken and then give you everything else old, hard, and cold. The biscuits were rock solid, and the chicken was literally dripping with oil. This location NEVER hits.

Since Valentine's Day, they have been locking their lobby because they are "short staffed". Idk if this is even franchise protocol. All other locations don't do this. This particular location seems to be shady. And it ruins the brand and lowers sales. Please replace the leadership corporate.

The chicken is always good the customer service not. All you can do is accept and expect it.
Menu changes are terrible. All stores are slow. Chicken is not marinated like it used to be. No taste. Spicy is now poured on. Terrible. Thru with churches after 50
