Didn’t get my honey biscuit to the suggested 10pc meal w/ 2 large side. Offer by the gentleman. Nothing against him Plus got some tenders n ask for sum spicy jalapeño sauce got only one.. ☝🏼😬 But worst of all we did get food poisoning to under cook red chicken which I took a picture of and should’ve known when I called in to let them know we found a large salt and pepper gray hair the size of my index finger to my thumb in the box of Chicken! 🤢 Worst experience ever! Def don’t recommend. Their solution replace my order yuck 🤮

If I could do 0 stars I would, we arrived at 9pm, an hour before close and they refused to answer their drive thru. Unacceptable as a business, I’ve worked fast food so i know how it is. Acting like yall are closed an hour before close is crazy. Had to drive to Palo Alto location which gladly took our order with exceptional service.

This store district manager has to be one of the worst unprofessional individuals I have ever met in my entire life…. I show up doing my job as a ride share driver and this trip was a high paying trip at that…. I show up to pick up the order and as soon as I tell him that I’m Uber he proceeds to tell me if you are picking up for Bryan the very first driver picked up the order and I seen him go through “3 screens and confirmed the order” and I told him if that was the case I wouldn’t be here to pick up the order…. He then tells me I’m the 4th or 5th person to come after the initial person who took “stole” the order to get the order and that he himself watch the guy confirm the order….. but he’s lying completely because if the order was actually confirmed to be delivered I wouldn’t of been there to pick up the order…. Then he says I’m not remaking the order that the order is my problem and a software issue with Uber and that has to do with being my fault…. But if he would do what every other business does and ACTUALLY made the drivers confirm the order than a lot of drivers like myself wouldn’t be wasting our time and losing out on money because of it…. “Britney” the district manager for this churches location does not know what it is to be a manager doesn’t know how to treat the public and has no respect for ppl who work hard for their living…. I will never do business with this store again or deliver for this store ever again…. I’ve been doing this for awhile and I know how it works so for you to lie to my face saying you watched the person confirm the order to my face because you don’t want to just admit you made a mistake does not show proper leadership….
