First of all don’t know where to start. The manager Jasmine is very rude ! We wanted a new batch of chicken cause the chicken she gave us was burned and dry. She refused and was very argumentative and unprofessional. She also argued with us in front of other customers.. We ended up getting a refund and she was still mocking and taunting us to the very end. I have everything recorded so I will be showing this to corporate..I hope Churches does something about this employee because she is ruining there business

Went through the drive through yesterday around 5:00 p.m., 11/21/23, this place is dirty and service is terrible. As we opened our window to take our chicken order a swarm of flies started attacking us into our vehicle. When we checked our order, we found that our extra order for a large fried okra was the size of the personal size fries, tiny at $5.45; and not the family size we-thought we ordered. When we asked for our large order they said that it was correct. So they took back the personal size "large order" and for a dollar more they did give us a family size larger order boxed. I believe this was trying to be dishonest and cheating the customers. Both times we ordered the okra order, they claimed they were cooking it and it would be right out, which it was immediately given to us, when I checked it - it was totally cold and 1/4 box full. I ordered a mixed chicken, when we got home we found a thighs and legs only order. Strange way of conducting business, no wonder they are closing more and more stores. I regret that I will not be stopping at this Churches again.

Had a coupon, ordered and paid for a 3-piece and mashed potatoes. When I got home, saw that they put 2 pieces in the box not 3. It's not worth driving back there for a piece of chicken, so I'll think of this as: a waste of money is a lesson learned. Never going there again.

I love this location. The manager Rebecca was outstanding. She's a wonderful manager and sets a perfect example for her staff. We had a lovely conversation. Crystal and Albert were fantastic as well. Great location and I'm willing to come all the way across town just to see them. ?
Your Management Jasmine sucks. I drive for the city nonstop, we get no breaks. I walk in with my own cup asking for ice and the Hispanic 20 yr charged me 75 for ice. I declined. I get it for free at taco bell. It's over 100 degrees and she refused me service. Hope she never needs a ride after hours because I. The only one driving this route this late. I needed the ice for my high blood pressure.I suggest this establishment trains better at customer service..oh by I also drive rideshare. Hope she never needs a ride.BTW, Yelp will also get my 2 cents
