I have had nothing but good service since coming here and food has been very good both lady's at the front have been very helpful and the man cooking the chicken has been excellent. I get large orders from them and they haven't disappointed me yet.

Going through the drive thru.. not knowing that the speaker isn't working the car 8n front of me sat there for 10 minutes.. then she drove to to the window , it was my turn, damn took forever. They should have a sign that say drive up to the window ..speaker not working...

So upset I even left a honest survey on there site suggested on the receipt. Poor experience here primarily with food quality and service. We ordered a16 piece tender family meal we received all of it except our 8 piece biscuits. We noticed the biscuits were missing after getting home and taking stock of our purchase (should have known better than to trust a fast food joint) cashier was too quick to take our order as if she was busy. as a matter of fact she was so busy she had time to go get a fruit cup a few doors down with her friend. Then upon closer inspection of the tenders they were thin. Slenders. Literal chicken slenders. All for the low price of $40. I have pictures of the food but I’m not able to upload.

The lady at the drive thru window was nice and the mashed potatoes were pretty good. That's the only reason I gave them an extra star. You can get better chicken literally ANYWHERE.

Service wasn't that good. Waited 20 minutes to get my order. They said they were waiting on the chicken sandwich and when I get home to eat my sandwich the chicken did not taste fully cooked. Tasted like it needed to be fried more. The lady working the window did not even apologize for the long wait or anything nor did she say have a good day or anything along those lines. Overall not a good experience. Mashed potatoes were good but that's about it.

Ive had chicken twice from this location in 1 month. The food had been fresh, once through the drive thru and once delivered through door dash. Both times something on family orders have been forgotten. Mashed potatoes last order and biscuits this order (pic). 2 corn on the cobbs in biscuit bag. Mac and cheese container looked like Mike tyson hit it. Don't leave this place without checking your order and I wouldnt use delivery unless you want to be angry.
