I love me some Church's Chicken. I usually go through the drive-thru to take dinner home. The food is always good. I usually go to the one at Babcock and Huebner. I really like the fact that they have fried okra for a side since I don't like potatoes very much.

It's pretty much a drive thru only, but the service was great. Drove up, placed order, paid for food, then drove off with food all in a matter of 5 minutes. The food was hot, the biscuit was warm and soft, and the sweet tea were really good.

Today, it was a one man show. There was a staff shortage, so one patient and efficient staffer was cooking, taking online orders, drive-thru orders, walkup orders, answered phone calls while still managing to make it all work. Kudos and maybe a raise and promotion are in order.
