Employees were rude when i asked to change my order. One of the girls were saying they wanted my license plate number why ? Maybe trying to intimidate me. She told me they needed my tag number whenever there is a mixup on an order. I know that's not true. But i would not recommend anyone to this place My food looked like it had been sitting there awhile. Not freshly made. They need new people to manage this place.

Lack of getting orders out promptly and if long waits they fail to keep you informed. Not even a complimentary side for waiting over 45 min. Not in need of such high priced chicken that isn't even in good quality or quantity for the price . It's just chicken

Great Church's. I love the chicken here it's my favorite restaurant chicken. The lady at the counter was super nice, and the rest of the employees seemed like a well oiled machine taking care of everybody, including the drive thru.

Hate to do this but others should be warned. It was about 5pm on a Saturday and on a busy strip of Grissom road. Appeared to have only an elderly woman to try to be doing too much. Shouldn't run a popular fast food place short staffed. Not the woman's fault. I will say the chicken and biscuit were 👌 Just why l love Church's THE BEST!! The okra was over cooked and the very rattled woman forgot my drink. Give the woman more help!!

I got there at 10:10pm 10 min after they closed. Amanda and Donald were so sweet to accommodate me even after closing. Chicken was hot and delicious. Both employees were in an excellent mood but who isn’t at closing? lol I just really appreciated they answered and took care of me. I look forward to seeing their smiling faces again🙏 Thank you Amanda and Donald. God Bless💓

Slow. Bad customer service. Never prepared for a rush. So flipping slow. Never enough food prepared. No one takes pride in their job. Such a small place and they don’t even setup themselves for success and less stress. Shameful.
Most of the workers were incredibly rude, I went to pick up an order, said hey very nicely to the man at the register who then proceeded to give me a very dirty look, ignore me, then talk about me to his coworker right in front of me, how was I supposed to know that person at the register wasn't getting my order, don't stand at the register doing nothing, he proceeded to glance dirty looks at me and walk around the kitchen doing nothing. This was very rude and unprofessional leaving me very upset, I will not be coming back to this location.
