This is my second time at this location and customer service is on point especially the manager on duty! She always knows how to make me laugh! She is also very attentive which a lot of church’s I have gone to lack! She is what keeps me coming back but wait I’m not done the food is always so fresh never have I gotten old food can’t say that for the other locations! She knows how to run her shift and the restaurant is always so clean and never no flies at the window! I can honestly say this here I feel at home! Kudos to the manager on duty and the staff! This was around 8ish pm that I came!

Church's is probably the only place where a two-piece meal is actually satisfying and their biscuits are great. Good food and service but the interior is often dirty.

Service was amazing. Our order was taken and food was out in minutes. Angie and Melissa were polite and very informative on what we were waiting on to complete our meal.

I realize, based on previous reviews, that some restaurants go through personell and management turnover. So, from my experience on that particular day the food was excellent. I had chicken, tenders, cole slaw, and mash potatoes. It all tasted good and I will definitely be going back. The only thing I wish Church's would change as a franchise is the use of corn syrup/high fructose corn syrup as a primary ingredient in the ketchup and honey.

Churches had lots of plain chicken but no spicy. Had to wait 13 minutes for a fresh batch at 4:43 PM. I'd highly recommend always have it available and never in short supply especially during peak hours.

They took more than 30min to get my order out. I placed a mobile order at 6:20PM, arrive at the restaurant at 6:30 like the app said and the gentleman said they were waiting on part of my order 20min wait. Then i go back inside, and people who ordered after me got their order first, I asked the gentleman again and he asks the lady in the kitchen how much longer for the chicken. At this point I’m frustrated, I’m sitting in the restaurant and never got offered anything for waiting so freaking long, and orders kept coming out for cars parked outside. I’m usually a very understanding and patient person, but this is ridiculous, I ended up getting my order at 7:08PM. What’s the point of offering mobile orders if they completely ignore them. NEVER COMING TO THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN.

This was by far the worst Church’s Chicken experience I’ve ever had. Everything tasted old and stale—the chicken was dry, the sides were barely warm, and nothing felt fresh. It was absolutely disgusting. I honestly feel like I wasted both my money and time. I strongly recommend avoiding this location. Very disappointing.
Damg, this place is expensive 2 people $45. Good food though.
I've gone to this restaurant for a while. But the last two times of going there, my order was not complete or did not give me exactly what I asked for.
Church's on Protranco is the first Church's we've been to in a while that does not have their gravy watered down. All the locations close to where I live have the gravy so watered down you don't taste gravy, just water.
