The food was fair. A few of the chicken strips were under cooked and about 95% sure we recieved an already picked at and eaten biscuit - didn't notice until after we ate. We questioned how much of our food was potentially already served and reused since they were running behind.This was the one on potranco.

The owner needs to take a more active role in the happenings of this store at 1604 and Marbach. There is no way they are involved and are ok with the way this store is being managed. I believe they close at 10p. now. Don't plan on visiting anytime after 8p and think you will find a full menu. It's very common to visit and hear from staff that they are out of something. Be it mac 'n cheese, no dark meat, or no biscuits, and they have no plans on making any more. We live two mins from this location and will travel to the location 10 mins away because we know the service will be better we can always count on the availability of the food.

Ordered 3 combo meals. One chicken sandwich and the other two were fried chicken. Waited almost 20 minutes for the sandwich. It was the only thing that was hot and fresh. Fried chicken, mashed potatoes, fries all cold and our okra looked like it's been there since the day before. Straight trash.

Just like previous reviewers. They're ready to take my money but don't disclose that I'm gonna be waiting 27 minutes for my food. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT order more than a single meal with 2 pieces or you'll be stuck.

Just got chicken from there and only because I live close by only to be told to wait in the front of the store from the drive thru and after 22 mins as I watched multiple people come and go with there food I get off and was told they were making biscuits. All that was fine if I didn't just watch her package a meal for a gentleman with a biscuit and all the other people who came and went...I don't never mind waiting but do better and don't lie about it.

Boy, everything is so expensive, 52 dollars for a 12 piece with 3 sides and two extra sides. The 3 sides that came with the meal were half full. The two extra sides were an example of extremes as one side was undercooked and the other overcooked overall a
The woman taking orders had an attitude. We did get fresh food. Realized we didn't get gravy. Went back in drive thru and the lady said "you didn't ask for gravy" which was a rude response. We paid for 4 cups of gravy and all were less than half filled. Disappointed. Don't recommend.

This rating is in comparison to other Churches Chickens around here. You already know what Churches is, I'm not reviewing the chain as a whole. This one was friendly and fast, and the chicken was actually crispy, not soggy like it's been sitting a while.

Went in to order the grande meal with the spicy chicken option since I really love it at church's. I was told however, that it would take 20 minutes to come out if I wanted spicy chicken. Just this once I decided not to wait and order regular chicken instead to avoid waiting. SADLY, the order still took over around 20 minutes ANAYWAY. I had to wait all of that time and still managed not to even get what I came for. Terrible service, terrible way of managing expectations. Don't come here unless you order ahead. They should not even have a drive through.

Food was old, bun was hard and stale. Restaurant was not clean and ice machine was broken. They were also out of napkins. Amanda is the only competent person behind the counter. Won’t waste money or time coming back again. KFC right across the street!
