I never post about places but this was the worst for me not saying staff was bad im sure I was the one upset but I waited 40 min for 10 piece tender meal..They had me pull to front to wait. I sat there I saw about 4 cars after me parked everyone got their food before I did.When I got down to ask the guy how much longer he said he was taking it out to me I told him I was waiting for 40 min he said well we were cooking your tenders I asked tenders take 40 minutes to cook he said yes..I love churches and I'll still go..But this was just a horrible experience and no apology from the people plus I got a corn on cob and it was super cold.

I go to the Blanco/West Avenue location The last 3 times that I’ve gone (drive through) the person at the window was very courteous and the chicken was perfectly crisp and juicy Love Church’s chicken 🥰

On certain days, the chicken is not cooked very well. During the week on certain days, the chicken is cooked very good. Just like texas, san antonio or other places in texas, but on weekends, the chicken isn't cooked all the way through

Horrible experience, I got there at 8:30 in the evening, the door was locked, I was told the lobby is closed and to use the drive thru even though the sign said lobby is open till 9:00, I placed my order of 10 piece legs and thighs and was told it would be 20 minutes, I said that's fine, waited at the window for 30 minutes and then was told my order was giving to another customer and would have to wait another 15 minutes or get my money back, I said I would wait, it took a whole hour to get my food and not even one apology for the wait , very rude staff who did not care about the business at all, were busy entertaining their family in the lobby, will never ever go back to this place and hope management would see my review and replace the staff if they want their business to continue.

I was so anxious to have Church's chicken but after the experience I had today, never again. The employees were rude from the moment we walked in. Giving my family and I ugly looks and rolling their eyes. Then a whole argument happened between the employees and one of them even said, "I don't give a BEEP about the customers" My nephews were so scared one of them didn't even eat because everyone was cussing and wanting to fight outside. Even the manager was cussing. Will definitely not be coming to this Church's if any at all.

Never open on time, this has been going on for years
These guys always get my order correct, and my order is always complicated because I hate spicy food so I ordered the food dark meat non spicy, and my friend liked only breast ( spicy). And they never get it wrong! They talk to me with respect, so the food goes down easy because it's served with love. So that's how I feel !

Andrea and Maria treated me like I was using a five star restaurant. The chicken was hot. The food was brought out quick good service and very prompt recommended to anybody in the area.
