Church's Texas Chicken

Went through three drive-thru. They didn't have a knife available to cut a sandwich in half. I can live with this. But eating food in the area where the food is served from? Not very good food hygiene practices.

5 stars for “Destiny ⭐️—she’s an absolute gem ♥️. We eat kosher/halal food, so I went to enquire if they serve kosher food. However, we went there the next day to get fries, and to my surprise, Destiny remembered it.
I was genuinely touched to see that she made sure to change the oil for us. It’s rare to find such thoughtful and attentive staff. The manager and the entire team are great, but Destiny is truly exceptional!😊❤️

Worst ever experience been 3 times here , never again will I give this location , place another chance they hire annoyed kids who want to do nothing and give attitude . Just came through here and got a meal . First of all the mic didn’t work on their end so a teenage Mexican boy came out the back and yelled at me to come around to the window when I was ready . I get my food in the next 10 minutes after him being annoyed of me saying Um too many times while I didn’t have a menu in front of me . ALSO is playing on his phone at the window while I’m trying to order . doesn’t pay no attention to his job at all . Do not go here , worst service and they give you the worst possible made food in there 0 chicken on bones etc …

How are you out of fries your main side, someone mess up on inventory ?

They stated they didn’t have any macaroni and cheese, which is an item on their menu. However, they went out of their way to make sure we were completely compensated for our order. They gave us a smaller personal sized portion instead of being able to provide a family sized portion. Even though I think management should prepare for the unexpected, in this case they tried the best they could, so kudos.

I’ve come to this location 3 times and walk away empty handed every single time. They are ALWAYS out of multiple items. An hour before they close they are done cooking. Guy in the front serving chicken with no gloves and wiping his snotty nose. Kind of glad they were out of the food im certain that food was made with dirty hands.

Had not been here in a while for bad food and service. Things seem to have changed, and everything was near perfect. I'll certainly return in the near future!!

I went to this location I ordered food and they messed up on the food my boys didn't like it got sick it was to spicy for them I called and asked if they could replace the food they refuse to replace the food or give my money back had to end up disputing the charges at my bank finally got my money back from bank no help from them do not go to this location they will not make it right their customer service is horrible if you order food from there and the food is horrible they will not Is attempt to make it right they don't fill there portions up all the way at this location there stingy with there food the customer service is Horrible I always have problems at this location with their food sucking customer service horrible I always end up making an extra trip to the other churches but for this reason I was in a hurry and tried to give this place another chance we'll never go to this location again

We visited this location on a Sunday around 3pm and they were out of corn and out of jalapeños ..I heard the chicken sandwich I ordered was the last one because they didn't have no more chicken patties . Food was cold and dried... poor management!!

Location closes at 10pm and we showed up 9:20 on Saturday to be told by who I assume was the manager on duty that they only had sides, no chicken. The young lady cleaning the lobby gave us dirty looks and the guy in the kitchen did the same. You could clearly see chicken tenders under the heat lamp, but being a “chicken” restaurant, why would you not have chicken available up until closing? I reached out to the corporate office and got NO reply back. I went to the location at Grissom and they were more than happy to help us. The manager at that location said it was policy for them to drop fresh chicken no matter what time it was to fill orders. Needless to say I won’t be visiting this location again. Maybe hire some people who have some sort of work ethics…

This is my 4th time giving this location a chance and I'm disappointed yet again. Tenders were old, they forgot my white gravy and it took me 23 minutes from the time I placed my order to receive it. There wasn't anyone ahead of me either. I went through the drive thru and when I returned to go inside and ask for my gravy there was a group of teens just hanging out and taking to the teen employees. It's ridiculous.
