My husband just stopped by this store 1/6/24 @ lil after 6pm. Was gonna order the 8pc mixed. Plus some sides. No mashed potatoes?? Its dinner time? U would think they would want to mix some up. My honey asked he was told I don't think they wanted us to make any more today. Ummm ok I'm pretty sure ur incorrect on that. But if that's not the case, then they don't care about how u are handling their business, So if u lose all ur customers I'm sure they won't mind. The good thing about Church's Fried Chicken there is always another one just down the road. We went to another one n guess what? They actually had All the stuff available for purchase at dinner time. N that's how u run a business... Bad just bad

The other day I came by and got spicy chicken with a jalapeño. Got home and they forgot my pepper. The spicy chicken probably was the best spicy chicken I’ve gotten from them that day. I have never had such good chicken from them until that day. Hopefully it stays that good.

Supposed to open at 10. Came by past 11am and no one answered on the drive thru. Came to the front entrance, locked, but employees inside. Oh well.

I have gone here many times, but recently I have stopped. The reason for my weekly chicken sandwich was because of the reliability that they would have everything, but when the reliability of certain foods being there or not, I started to go once every two weeks, then I just stopped. The service used to be optimal, and maybe it’s because they are running out of employees, but the times has been longer. I have never gone inside, but from what I have seen from the outside, it’s a pretty chill place. You should go here, but know that they might have a few items missing. I think it’s a supply issue, but I’m sure.Parking: I would say don’t park here. If you are eating in your car, then I heavily suggest stopping by the SONIC as it does have more options of parking.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I purchased a 8pc spicy leg and thigh family meal but instead received a 8pc mixed with the most stale and dry chicken I've ever had. It's clear the chickens been sitting out for hours, it's hard and not even edible anymore. Save your money and use it at a different Church's location. This is the worst experience I've ever had

Just moved to town and with unpacking there's no space for cooking yet. Church's seemed like a good option for a feel like home cooked meal. Ordered the 16 PC tender meal and waited for meal in front expecting hot fresh chicken. Well the chicken was fried jerky, chewy and the only thing I could taste was like a fish batter taste from the grease I guess. It was terrible and so disappointing. Here I am raving about Church's to my kids who've never had it before and they will not try it again. I agree.

I ordered a 12 pcs mixed spicy chicken, and none of it was spicy. Biscuits were burned, and it took 20 minutes later than the time was supposed to be out and for the cherry on top was this Church's is attached to a convenience store and one in the church's employees went to RR before me use the bathroom did not wash his hands and continued working no bueno

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is by far the worst fast food place I've been to in my entire life. I went through the drive Thru thinking it'd take less time then in store, but waited 20 min to get the 5 tender combo I ordered. I have never been this frustrated and sympathize with fast food workers especially these days, but there were only 2 other people in the drive thru, and the orders were not large from what I had seen from those in front. They didn't even get my order right. I ordered the meal with fries and a biscuit, and they gave me no biscuit, and 3 extra tenders which wouldve been nice if they weren't luke warm and tasted like they'd been put in a microwave. Sorry if I sound like a Karen, but overall, I would recommend those in this area to stay clear of this specific chicken place and go to Popeyes or even Walmart's fried chicken for chicken instead. At least the food is worth the wait there

Just witnessed your manager berate a young female employee. You may want to reconsider who you have managing your restaurant. As a business owner myself if one of my managers spoke to my employees like that they would be fired on the spot. Do better
