I placed an online order at 8:45pm and the order was confirmed and at 9:37pm it was cancelled by the store. And my order was supposed to be delivered by 9:50pm. This is the worst location and horrible service!! My card was charged and everything!!! Do not go to this place!!!

This location has the worst fried chicken I've ever had, bar none. It used to be great when they first opened it. Must be the management.

I told myself I wouldn't come back because of the rude service and incorrect order last time, but here I am, stuck in a single car drive through with 3 cars behind me and a truck blocking me upfront. Everyone thinks I'm holding up the line, but the order taker has had me on hold for about 10 min out here. Last time EVER coming to this location. I just tried to pull forward ot exit but that truck just went around the corner to the window. I had to back out to escape this place .

1 star is generous. And it's mandatory to even post a review. Avoid this place if you have a choice. The woman at the counter straight up told me the chicken has been sitting for 3 hours. 7:39 November 18 2024.

Just left this location about 20 minutes ago. I ordered the 10 pc family meal and added an extra large fry for $4.49 and jalepenos. I did not recieve my extra fries. I've called 4 times and it just rings and rings until someone answers and hangs up on me. It would be great to get either my money back for the item I did not recieve or have it replaced because at this point yall are stealing from me when you're not providing what I paid for. Poor establishment. I will be contacting corporate.

Very nice and professional customer service my favorite place for lunch and dinner.

This is the worst churches I've ever been to. Everytime we come they never have spicy chicken AND if you decide to get anything else, it's a 30 minute wait everytime.

The cashier asked my daughter if she had her drink. My daughter did no. She responded, "ok" very politely, have my daughter her food she she still didn't get the drink.

Went to Church's this morning around opening time and Ms. Stephanie (she looked like the manager) helped us today. Very friendly, extremely helpful, her customer service was on point! I was doubtful about going to that location because I used to work behind church's and always had mid to bad experiences. Today was awesome in every way! My teenage boys wanted fried chicken and we got their family meal deal. My oldest son loves to copy tiktok trends and he grabbed that thigh and started pouring hot sauce, sprinkled the spice packet, honey and squeezing the jalapeño juice and devoured that thigh! Thank you Ms. Stephanie for proving all the extra spice packets so that my son experienced the best chicken he's had in a while!

Long wait time with no lines. Awful service. Very slow and all they do is chat with each other instead of doing their job.
