This location need to be shut down! This kids in here don't care what they service you and act like they don't understand what you are ordering. I requested freshly cooked fried orka, what I got some warmed up and burnt orka. I went back to get what I paid for, the young girl there going dispute that they were freshly cooked. When it was obvious they were burnt and had been sitting for a while.The owner or district director need to close the place up or revamp this place! There has been times they don't have sides or out of chicken! How the hell are you out of chicken when it's in the name of the company? Again this place need to be shut down or revamped..... I will not be returning to this location ever again.

Waited 15 minutes to order just to be told there aren't any chicken strips available and will have to wait 20 minutes. Only 2 cars in front. Unacceptable. Y'all should be ready for everything especially on a Sunday at 5:30pm.

Wow! So many bad reviews. Can't even give my review on the food though because I never got to try it. Wife and I went thru the drive thru and ordered the 3 piece meal. When we asked for the side they said it doesn't come with the side. Odd! On top of this they were charging up like $15 when it was supposed to be 9.99. So we decided to just order the side regardless as an add on and clarify the order at the window (no other cars in line), plus they didn't ask what soda we wanted either. Well wife does just that and apparently the reason it was so much is because they itemized everything! So she clarifies she wanted the meal. So the lady and the window shouts inside "they're changing their order!" Wife is annoyed but stays polite because obviously theirs a misunderstanding. So lady at window says okay your new total is $17. Huh? Obviously we're confused why the total was even higher now. Didn't make sense. Wife wanted to know why and the lady only replied, it's what came up on the screen. They go back and forth for a few more seconds before the lady shouted, "okay bye" and slammed the drive Tru window shut and locked it. We're left looking at each other in confusion. It was more comical than infuriating. We went to the one on potranco right after and had no issues. Avoid the marbackh-1604 location!

There was no one in front of me in line or behind me so the kids in there must’ve been on some drugs because they were completely unprofessional. They messed up my order even though I repeated it to them 3 times and when I pulled up to the window to pay he asked me to repeat again! THEN HE PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME FOR A COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER! I asked him to refund me immediately and he said I can just give you whatever you want. Then I said again. I want my refund For this overcharge. He took my receipt and then came back 10 min later w the same receipt and said have a nice day. He handed me the same receipt and never refunded my money. The number on the receipt is wrong and the number on the website is wrong. The cashiers name is Clarence P.

Chicken was horrible. Returned the spicy chicken, and they refused to refund. They replaced it with gross looking chicken still. They refry the spicy in old grease, and if you don't like it, don't order. This has only been at this location. Marbach and 1604. The pictures are 6 spicy and 6 regular. On 1/31/2024

Manager, let us know there may be a 6 minute. Wait for fresh chicken. We were getting the family dark while waiting. She mentioned there could be a little bit more but additional weight but offered us some tenders instead on top of our already ordered chicken. So she made the deal even better. For the weight it was worth it. The chicken was awesome, well cooked, crispy tasty juicy everything recommend this church's.
