Management and staff extremely rude....especially black, skinny female manager. Her whole staff has no respect for the people who pay their wages(the customers)....they forget without customers, they would not have a job! I have recieved extremely rude and disrespectful service and treatment from them the last 2x I visited that place!

Food was quickly served through the drive through. Employees were on point with service and requests. The chicken unfortunately wasn't hot, but bearable for the great price given for the online coupon I used. No issues with the coupon at all! Love the Spicy Sprinkle packets they still serve up.

They regularly forget to give out napkins &or ketchup, which like it should be standard practice. However, the food & service is always satisfactory. Also the entire facility always seems clean which are all more important to me than napkins or condiments.

Love it use to eat here as a kid remember way back when they sold ice cream omg and GW JR'S was next to it. But as of today Good hot chicken when I go I eat about 4 times maybe a week people tell me you going turn into a chicken lol There top employee to us is a young lady name Angel her customer serviced and attitude is always on point always smiling the mangers are cool if I had a business I would offer Angel a job she should be in management I think
