We went late and the chicken was so nice, got, and juicy. Young man working the window and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly when helping with our order.
I went to this location on Saturday before I did went to the location I called the store saying that I do not want to be leaving that place with no chicken because it was on a big order so I give it a chance time to be preparing the chicken once I get there the person said they did not have the spice chicken because I didn't have prepared the night shift before and it will be taking 25 minutes which I agreed when I went to the window to pay they said it's not going to be no spicy chicken at all because they don't have any I request for large fries for the inconvenience they refused the money with a cocky attitude said no and laughed I won't ever go whit this attitude specialy be the manager not to be helping costumers Us the costumers we give business to restaurants but not this one
We came in on a Friday at 8:45 we were met at the lobby door wich closes at 9pm with a young girl stating the lobby was closed after pointing out the time she let us in we asked for fresh tenders to be made wich they agreed but took there time making them as a former employee of churches I know the cook time it's only 3 and a half minutes. But they took 15 minutes this isn't the first rime we had bad service Here but still try to give them a chance to redeem themselves unfortunately the store is run by a younger generation and lack the value and skills that it takes . How can this be fixed....

I always go on Wednesday and get two boxes of the 8 pc for 8.99. It's always hot and fresh. And you can't beat the deal!
Great service! Food getting pricy still. Not worth the price for the amount of food.was over $12 for 5 thin strips, a tiny biscuit and small order of fries and had to pay extra for gravy to dip my strips in
