The chicken is so dry and smells like old cooked chicken even the bone was black and it tasted horrible. We ordered mix and all of it was dry. The okra was hard over cooked. We didn’t eat much, for the prices I expected better fresh chicken not some old dried up chicken from the AM.

The workers there were extremely rude. They forgot my order then started talking about me in Spanish as if I didn’t know what they were saying. Then when they forgot my drink and I told them about it, they got even more mad and sent a younger girl to hand it to me. They were very unprofessional

Too many times my order is incorrect. Last time for me. Each time in the drive thru they ask you to pull forward and park even without anyone on the drive thru. This time they said my chicken sandwich only would be a 6 minute wait.They explained that the drive thru was on a timer. I said isn't that why it's on a timer in order to reflect wait times. I told them I would wait until there was a person behind me. They demanded I pull forward and I told them when someone is behind me I will advance. I was told that if I didn't do as they say I could have a refund and leave. I said no problem, give me a refund. Meanwhile all the staff stood and stared me down at the window. What a joke, like I was going to be intimidated. Lol. Then I received my refund and proceeded to select my music for the road and was told that they will call the police if I didn't leave now. I told them go ahead and call the police, I wasn't on their time. They then said I was going to be trespassed from their location. I had to laugh, as if I was going to ever come back. Obviously management is condoning this behavior. Don't waste your money here, choose a different location.

It never fails, either they are always short staffed and never have enough food. I walked in and ordered take out and I sat there for about 45 minutes. 2 batches of chicken came out and it went to the drive thru. The 3rd batch I finally got my order. The girls were friendly but the speed of service was not there. Like I said maybe short staffed.Wheelchair accessibility: It's available
I ordered the family meal of legs and thighs of the regular chicken and was given the family meal of spicy mixed, and my grandkids don't eat spicy, so 55 dollars down the drain very poor

The food was average at best. The poor fellow behind the counter had a very hard time getting our order right and when he finally did he had to come back later and tell us the chicken would take 30 more minutes to cook. We settled for tenders and poppers so we could get away. This was our very first visit to Church’s and I’m afraid also our last.
Drive thru ppl were hard to hear kept getting upset they had to repeat themselves. Them once I got my food showed annoyed I asked for napkins a ketchup.... they're very rude.

ALL the signs say they open at 10am. Google, and some other map apps say the same thing.Was there a little after 10 and some lady said they open at 1030am. A couple was already leaving and the husband was in a wheelchair.C'MON guys! Wake up and show up for work on time like most people.

Went there 20 minutes b4 closing no one answered pulled up to window ...they were just standing around wouldn't come to window ...saw they had chicken...just left guess they don't need business that
