Honestly, I walked in and was super upset about the wait and promptness of the order taking. But when I placed my order and sat a remarkable thing happened. The cashier, although not the best was incredibly sweet, kept her composure, and most importantly she was nice to everyone. I’ll take a friendly demeanor and wonderful personality over great service any day. Bless her heart!!!❤️. You really showed me how important being kind to others is. Thank you 🙏

The service isn't very good- dry forgot to add my gravy for tenders andutencils for eating mashed potatoes.. 2nd time I've been here and they didnt have spicy tenders ready to go. Biscuits are always very good!. For the same price of a 3 price tender meal, you may want to consider Canes.

Church's is good fried chicken fries mashed potatoes jalapeño poppers but the coleslaw slaw is made with mayonnaise & they add sugar. They no longer offer corn on the cob bummer. Jalapeños are delicious & not too hot tastes great with chicken. The biscuits are amazing 👏 🤩 so good

Church’s Chicken is one of those fast-food spots that delivers on comfort food cravings but also leaves room for improvement, which is why I’d give it three stars. On the positive side, the chicken itself is usually flavorful, crispy, and well-seasoned. Their fried chicken has that classic crunch you expect, and when it’s hot and fresh, it’s very satisfying. The honey butter biscuits are another highlight—soft, warm, and a perfect side that pairs nicely with the chicken. Portion sizes are generous, and the prices are affordable, making it a solid option when you want filling food on a budget.
That said, consistency is the biggest drawback. On some visits, everything comes out fresh and hot, while other times the chicken can be overcooked, under-seasoned, or sitting under the heat lamp too long. Service also tends to vary by location—sometimes friendly and efficient, other times slow or inattentive. Cleanliness is another area that could use attention, as dining areas and restrooms aren’t always maintained as well as they should be.
Overall, Church’s Chicken isn’t bad, and when they get it right, the food is delicious. But the inconsistency in food quality and service makes it hard to rate higher. A decent, budget-friendly option, but not always a standout.

Pretty typical for a Church's. Only real issue was that they were out of most of the sides at supper time. Seems like bad pre-planning on someone's part.

This location really needs to retrain their staff (night). I went at around 8pm in the drive thru & was told they had no chicken that it would be an 18min wait. I told the lady taking my order that’s fine I didn’t mind waiting since it would be fresh. Her response was “fine like you just can leave.” (She also said this with the worst attitude) I said no I will wait. She then proceeded to tell someone else while her mic to the headset was still on. “He won’t leave” (again with a ton of attitude) I then proceeded with my order and again with lots of attitude the lady kept being rude. I ended up telling her never mind I wouldn’t be finishing my order. Her attitude was extremely rude and unacceptable.
