not fresh forgot multiple things on my order the pull up to the drive-thru and just looked down so that they don't have to help because they are closing

If i was able to give -stars i would i got sick chicken was slimy i went back and went inside to complain and wanted to kick my self because of the felt i seen OMG oh does this place stay in business thats what i was able to see never mind how they keep it in the back NO EXCUSES CHURCHES

I seen rats while I was eating and very bad service

Placed an order online and they said we have your order and then 2 minutes later they said we don’t have your ordered showed a screen shot that I ordered for this location employees are rude I ordered spicy and they didn’t care heard an employee say we don’t have this I’m put this one in here instead of asking if I can wait chicken sandwiches were nasty not fresh very disappointed in this location

Guy was nice food was disgusting they wouldn’t give me ranch for my family sized jalapeño poppers without chatging

The manager there gave the best service. I know I won’t be going to any other churches, but this one. Go check it out. I know what I’m talking about! If I could give it six stars, I would❣️

Chicken was pretty good. Visited this place a few months ago during the week. Service then was terrible, staff never acknowledged me so I left. This time is was on a Sunday and the service was much better!!

Showed up at 8:50 and the man cooking it was rude because I ask if they had white meat and he said rudely that they only had what was under the heating element. I guess they don’t like to make money so be weary of the time you show up.

The absolute worst experience I have ever had in my whole life. When I drove up to the drive thru at 9:20 pm someone was ordering on foot in front of me. I overheard the manager, the short older woman who has absolutely no business being a manager tells her she refuses to drop more chicken because she's trying to leave before 10. When we asked what they had available, she replied "CHICKEN"!!!!. So we pulled up and asked what we can get and she sighed and said do we want it or not!!!? We will never return to this location while she is there. If you don't like your job find something you will be more professional at.

They do not have white chicken after 8 pm when they close at 10 pm because it's cost effective for the manager and he claims people on that side of town don't buy white meat. So the few times we have gone to this location, we weren't able to get our to feed the family because of his choice not to drop white meat at 8 to close.

Let me start off by saying they will NEVER answer the phone. This was my second time pulling up to order. Just for them to say once again they don't have white chicken I said I've been here at 8:30 and you never sell white chicken. When I spoke to the manager he said he stops selling white meat at 8:00 Because the location not a lot of people like white meat. They close at 10:00 c'mon And it's more of a hassle to drop white meat and more expensive the manager said. I don't understand if we are paying customers why it would even matter! He suggested I ordered on the app . I see no point if they don't have what I want after 8:00 smh. This location is ridiculous and rude.
