We visit at least twice a week. The Chuy's Rita with the corona and the Spicy Watermelon 'Tini are definite must-haves. Went with family from out of town we were all happy with our experience. Plenty of parking. Great portions. Clean. Professional and friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Always delicious.

Checked in for a pickup and had to call twice in 10 mins - I was the only one waiting. They told me how busy they were.
Got home and was missing one of the five meals.(Mine)
60 min round trip.
Nothing like watching my family eat and trying not to be angry.
Hadn't had issues in the past using this location.
Update: called back and manager confirmed they forgot my meal. They didn't notice that part of my order had been there the 25 minutes it took for me to get home.
We won't be ordering here again.

A bowl of pretty bland queso was almost $9! Although, we arrived over one hour before closing, it seemed they were preparing to close everything down and couldn't find change for a $20, so the waitress didn't get her full 20% tip.

Bad experience among all the Chuy's. The food was average. The boom boom sauce wasn't the same as other Chuy's. Looks like the chef didn't pay attention. The chips were not fried well. Never had that type of chips at any Chuy's. I felt like we were given someone's left over chips. We had such bad experience that I had to post the review for it

I ordered fajitas for 8 to go. I had only eaten in at Chuys before but was very impressed with my take out experience. They called me to make sure I was ok with how they packed my order, they made it very easy to track the progress of my order, and they brought it all out to my car as soon as we arrived for pick up. Beyond all of this, the food was delicious and there was so much! This is definitely my place for feeding a crowd when I need to in the future.
