I have never gotten up and walked out of a restaurant before but today was absolutely ridiculous. The hostess had a gentleman in front of us (the gentleman had been waiting to be seated when we walked in) and she left to go seat him. We waited for her to come back to seat us but she never came back. My colleague walked to the area where she had sat the gentleman before us and she was at a different table talking to that table. So we had to go and find her and then ask her if we could please get seated after waiting at the front for 7 mins. After the attitude we received from her because we interrupted her long conversation she was having while the line grew at the front, we then finally got seated at a table. We then sat there for an additional 10 mins. We noticed servers looking at us and so they did see us but no one came over and took our drink order. We didn’t even get a courtesy table touch just so that we knew someone knew we were there. After not getting service at the hostess stand and then not receiving service at the table we waited so long to get, we decided we had to leave because we only have an our lunch break and we were already mad because of the lack of service. Me and my colleagues come here all the time because we love the food and y’all are next door to our work so it easy for us to take for our hour lunch break. This was the worst experience we have ever had. This is not the first time we have had issues with the hostess either and she has now escalated our distaste for this place. But don’t worry we went next door to pluckers to finally eat lunch.

What a fun place to eat!! I would definitely recommend it. They have a patio and areas for large groups.
We showed up and were immediately told we could not order alcohol. We were not being rowdy or had ordered anything prior. Management made a call by just us having fun and walking in with friends on a vacation. I would not recommend this place at all and 4.3 is vastly wrong. Do not come here.

We frequent this location often and the food is usually quick and also delicious. On our most recent visit, Jesse was a fantastic server and very attentive to everything. At times it can be extremely cold here, on one particular occasion recently almost everyone had a jacket or pullover on, and two people actually had blankets at the table. I was very cold and it made the experience pretty bad. Not sure why it’s that way sometimes, but overall the atmosphere is ok when it’s not really cold like that. And the food is a pretty solid.
