Great margaritas during happy hours! Happy hour started at 3 pm. Chuy's doesn't have nachos, but they have something similar called Pancho's. Pancho's came with our choice of meat. They were not the best, but they were not the worst. The Pancho"s got soggy fast, and we wanted to nibble while we drank. The waiters were friendly and talkative. Fun atmosphere.

I placed an order to go. I drive up to the order to-go parking and parked for 30 mins. I check-in as directed via phone. After 30 mins, I walk in to ask about my food and the front desk person gives me my food within 10 seconds (literally). Why was I waiting outside for 30 mins when my food was ready and just sitting there turning cold?
I get home and noticed that 2 orders are missing. I drove back and asked for my food. Finally got what I ordered. But all of this was a headache and huge inconvenience. Will not be returning.

First time visiting and was very impressed with our hostess Tiffany. She brought us a sample plate of all the different sauces and explained each one in great detail and even recommended which one to get with our entrees. Her manager Michael also came out to great us and they both were very welcoming and made us feel like family. The food is delicious and we enjoyed every bite, will definitely be coming back and highly recommend.

Service isn't the best, waited for over 10 minutes for the server to come greet us. The queso was good and so we're the margaritas, but the actual food wasn't great. Asked for flour tortillas and never received them. Id recommend coming here for drinks and an appetizer, if I do come back I'll be sitting at the bar
