The only thing that was bad was that I asked Manager Victoria if she could charge my wife for child's price due to the fact that my wife had weight loss surgery and she really can't and doesn't eat too much. Victoria's reply was that too many people have taken advantage of that so she couldn't charge my wife a child's price. She charged us the Senior Citizen price which wasn't too bad, but all my wife ate was a thin piece of spinach pizza, four pieces of lettuce, a piece of tomato, a crouton, a piece of cucumber, a piece of a brownie and drank a sip of soda, which she isn't even supposed to do. She can't eat and drink at the same time because it causes her to dump (throw up). The food was good. Two other managers walked around the restaurant and asked the customers how they were doing and if everything was ok. That was good of them to do that and mingle with the customers.
All in all I enjoyed eating at CiCis Pizza..

I like when they kept checking up on us asking us if everything was good, if we needed anything else, I like this place a lot, a lot of respect too and I’ve been here since I was born.

I had an amazing experience at this CiCi’s Pizza. Manager Eloy was honestly one of the best managers I’ve ever seen. He checked on us a few times during our meal to make sure everything was good, and it really made us feel appreciated. You can tell he cares about the customers and the staff.

The food was great—everything came out hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The pizza was the best I’ve had from any CiCi’s, and even the soda tasted perfect. The whole buffet stayed stocked and clean the entire time.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they were quick to answer any questions I had about the food. They kept the dining area clean and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.

Overall, this was easily one of the best restaurant visits I’ve had. Great management, great service, and great food. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The manager (Eloy)who checked us in was awesome! They were super nice, told us about the rewards on the app, and even checked on us while we were eating. Great service and really made our visit better!

This was awesome! The pizza had extra juice for flavor, It was cheesy in pepperoni goodness. Might be going here more than Little Caesars and Pizza Hut lol
