Literally the worst Cici’s I’ve ever been to. Walked in and the buffet was completely empty. Yes, it was busy, but I’ve been to other cicis during dinner time and it was nothing like this. We could barely get any pizza and the service was so slow. Overall a terrible experience.

Nothing but pepperoni and cheese pizzas and 1 Supreme. Guy said I need to ask for specialty and original pizzas. I thought, it's not my job to request for the different pizzas, the specialty requests i get, but not for just having a variety to choose from. You are in charge of making sure there are a variety without needing requests. All the while the two that are supposed to be making pizza are talking about their social media and how they are not pressing like on their pictures. Very sad and disappointing. Don't want to go back here anymore.

Food was decent, one lady was helpful. But the main guy sucked, idk if he's the manager, some old guy. He didn't refill the salad when I asked, the lady helped me, and when she gave him my pizza order- I ended up waiting for more than 20 minutes. I came up to ask how the pizza was going just for the lady to turn to the manager with him not even knowing what he did with the ticket. I was the ONLY person who ordered during a dead hour, how do you lose one ticket and not tell me earlier on top of it!?

It was okay, I went for nostalgia purposes for a friend. I don't know how to explain it but it isn't remember how I remember it but it's not bad. Overall food is okay and if you want something custom it takes around 10-15 minutes which isn't bad, my gf had to wait 20 minutes for wings though.

Shout out to this Cicis! Went on Monday around 5pm for the 5.99 special. It was POPPIN but the staff was so kind and FAST . It was busy but they kept pizzas and desserts coming out while making custom orders pretty quickly too! I did have to show the coupon on the website vs screenshot but no big deal, I get cicis text so it was easy to get to just an FYI. While they were working the line the employees were asking people how they’re doing today so that was sweet too. I was just amazed and how they were all rocking the rush :)

Been here many times, never an issue. Today it was extra nice. Salad bar was beautiful! The greens were so fresh, they added a few Items. Cashier was a sweet girl. The lady picking up plates and cleaning table was doing such a great, thorough job! Like usually tables feel greasy but my family and I like how good she was cleaning up 😊 definitely our favorite Cicis locations!
