My family came for dinner after a day at Six Flags after 8pm. The salad bar was clean with fresh items. Next in line was the pasta, which was fresh. Next, there was a good selection of pizzas. The staff did a great job of keeping the buffet supplied and even took a custom veggie order from my wife, who said the place was clean and well kept - and that says a lot. Highly recommended! Great deals for Monday and Tuesday with the online coupon. But the pizza lineup is one of the worst of all time. Check out the video. Manager making up for people paying nothing to eat by giving them nothing to choose from. Guess I have to come back on a normal day.

And the reason I'm leaving a one star is because of Leo the manager because he doesn't know how to treat the employees all the employees are good but him and when we asked for more spaghetti pizza he says that dry spaghetti is good he also needs to learn manners towards his employees and this is all for leo

I placed a carry out order for 8-pc cinnamon rolls. They taste so gross and greasy. Tastes like the fryer oil is overused, there's a bitter aftertaste after eating one cinnamon roll. Very unpleasant experience. I spent about 15 minutes to receive this unsatisfactory dessert. I was even charged for extra frosting that I did not request.

This use to be my favorite Cicis to visit until today. Bathrooms are rundown; only two stalls and the handicap stall does not lock, the soap dish dispensers one drop off soap and the dispenser was hard to push. I had to dispenser soap 5 times too get enough. The dispenser was hanging sideways too. The first stall's toilet bowl looks like it has not been cleaned in 2 months! NOW THE FOOD!!! BROWNIES were so old they were crunchy through and through. The Alfredo had absolutely no flavor! I asked for an all veggie, red sauce,deep dish. It came out looking like slop and tasting like a a pizza taco. I had to search for the cheese. I couldn't eat it, nor could anyone else. The pumpkin rolls didn't have near enough glaze and worse than the original cinn rolls. I eat the same items each time I come but this was my last.

CiCis is an all you can eat pizza restaurant. It has a good selection of salad makings as well as pasta dishes. There is a very large assortment of pizzas to choose from and you can even request one that isn't on the serving line. All pizzas I tried were hot and very tasty. Byron, who was working register when I arrived, was very friendly, helpful and smiling all the time.
