The staff is friendly and lunch price is good, $11.00 including drink and dessert. The food is just okay, had meat loaf, lima beans, string beans, beef tips with rice, collard greens and corn bread. The lima beans are amazing, string beans tasted like they were dumped from a can. collard green are not definitely southern. Peach cobbler and pound cake is tasty.
My husband Roger and I are frequent visitors at Cindy's Cafe it is always delicious and she is always right there with everyone just helping and smiling and greeting everyone and cleaning up she's just like every other worker. The food is delicious, just like home cooking!! My personal favorite is the blackberry cobbler and the shrimp but everything that we've ever eaten there is has always been delicious. I encourage anyone who hasn't tried it to do it today....
This restaurant has a good variety of food. Nice for families, friends, and couples. Everything is absolutly delicious. Southern food at it's best. It is casual and well priced. They have actually been in business for a while and is a local favorite. And if you don't come early, we may eat the great desserts...They are that good!!
