❌ today right at this time they got my money and after waiting, I did not get my hot coffee. They said we’re out of order. (out of stock.) They ask each other before I payed, and then they said OK we have it just wait five minutes but at the end, they don’t have it.
Whoever return my money back to me she did not even apologize. She just handed me the receipt and close the window.
In conclusion, zero service and attitude.

I visited this location today and was highly disappointed. I got a minibon and it's nowhere near the size it used to be. I paid $4.49 for it when a Classic Roll was $5.49 and 3 times bigger. Cinnabon you should be ashamed for ripping people off.
