Due to the window facing the road, I see why some customers orders are incorrectly taken. Rather than have a display case to hold the product, they were just sitting on the counter. We got a few cinnabons to take home for the family to try and 1 individual so we could see the difference. The ones in pack were fresher and no where near as dry as the individual one. There was trash blown every where. Can't say it was because of the construction nearby because it was your own...
Just moved to San Antonio and saw that there was an actual Cinnabon spot out here. I was skeptical at first because I’m use to the one back home where I’m from in Cali. I pulled up and was assisted by Lidia and she helped me by suggesting some new options other than the classic roll. Thank you for that.
I recently stopped by this spot that has both Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. I only tried the Cinnabon, and honestly, I wish I hadn’t. It was $6.29 plus tax, and for that price, I expected something fresh and delicious. What I got was the complete opposite.
The cinnamon roll tasted old and was hard on the outside—not at all what I’m used to from Cinnabon. It didn’t even look like the classic, gooey roll that’s supposed to make your mouth water....
