Excellent food, excellent service. Clean restaurant. Even tho there's no dine in, all of this still matters. The drive thru is quick. The pick up inside is fast and efficient. I haven't had a missing item yet or a complaint about something being incorrect. They are really good about substituting without giving you a hard time of they are out of something. Had an order with mini Cinnabon's and they offered a large instead since they were out of the minis. In their defense it was late and closer to closing so... I wasn't going to request they make any and waste what they cannot sell. I will continue to keep coming here.

Service is over the top. My husband and I have being eating here since we were attending high school. I will say i miss there breakfast. There regular menu is great the original schlotzsky's sandwich. They have good prices and menu options. Good for a bite after work or before.

Good service, not very busy. Appreciated the fountain machine that has been replaced with one of the fancy make-your-own-possibilities soda machines. We got two sandwiches, tasted as we have come to expect from Schlotzsky's. Their bread is where it's at!

This used to be one of the better locations. My experience today completely disappointed me. I can't even get a hold of someone via the phone number they provide in order to resolve the issue.

We've given this location so many chances it's absolutely frustrating. From catering to online orders their norm is incompetency. The last straw was pulling up for an online order the other night and the half dozen or so employees just walk by the window and ignore us. When I honked and the girl with the headset finally opened the window she was so clueless it was remarkable. After getting our order I asked for the manager. He was one of the guys standing in plain sight cleaning and ignoring us the entire time! Someone hired these incompetent fools and continues to do so. Too bad Schlotzsky's sold out to a corporate behemoth in Atlanta. It ruined the brand. It's still no excuse for local franchisees to provide such an incredibly bad service and product. We got home and low and behold the bread was so stale we threw it away. We've spent thousands catering and ordering from this location. The sad thing is it's a sinking ship that is beyond redemption. The franchisee is a nice guy, but nice is as nice does and he obviously does not care. We won't be spending another penny here ... and we highly recommend you avoid wasting your time and money here as well.

Two times I have ordered online and two times I have paid for extra meat and I didn't get it. The immature employees left to themselves on the evening shifts are not attentive or good custodians of this location's rep. I am done with this location. Novel and interesting location. They open at 7am and close at 10pm during the week and offer a full menu! The interior is cozy and has an intimate feel. There are clear space limitations based on the original use of the building but I LOVE how they have made smart use of every square foot! This is the only Schlotzskeys I have ever been able to see the baking of the bread from the mixing of the dough to baking to placement on a shelf to cool for serving. All of this happens right behind the register on the left. The sandwich was made to perfection. Totally will be back to this location.
