What did impress me, though, was the poblano chicken enchiladas. They were SO good. As was everything on the plate. But I’ll be back for those enchiladas. And the service (particularly from my server, Sandy) that made me feel like I had a VIP pass. What a great little breakfast and lunch spot!

This was our first time coming here and it won’t be our last. I had the green chicken enchiladas and they were filled with so much flavor. It was absolutely delicious. So much flavor in the green sauce and the chicken. My son had the puffy tacos and ordered a beef and chicken and that was also delicious. When we got there, they had a special that day that had a plate with rice and beans and a drink for $9.99. I don’t know if these are the prices all the time, but I thought this was an absolutely amazing prize for the quality and quantity of food that we received. You can’t get all this for that price anywhere else. It’s a small café and you will miss it if you don’t look for it, but please give it a chance cause it was really good. The pancake taco with bacon and eggs was interesting. My son said he liked it.

Very small Restaurant. But clean Restaurant. First time here. So I ordered the Chicken Caldo. The Caldo taste was like getting a glass of water and putting all the Caldo ingredients inside that glass. No taste whatsoever 👎 maybe next time I’ll order something else from the Menu.

Linda’s Cafe is a San Antonio favorite for a reason. Good food, good value, friendly people, and a true local charm. If you’re craving a hearty, satisfying meal with that “home cooking” feel, this place is absolutely worth a visit.
Gilbert and his wife an his employees are awesome. He is very attentive to his customers as well. Really down to earth. I think this will be my place is go to for peace. I'm thankful I chose this place an I highly recommend. I'm coming back for menudo. The best I've had since I been in San Antonio

Extremely friendly service. The owner brought out things for us to try- beef fajitas, carne guisada. The porkchop was AMAZING! The kids loved the pancake tacos (that are served all day).

This is highly reviewed restaurant that is worthy of praise. What a nice restaurant were the whole staff is committed to great food and excellent service. I had the beef enchiladas and my wife had the chalupas. They were amazing. The waitress was super freindly. If you are in the Gonzaba area on Pleasanton Road, just stop here. You won't regret it.
