Ok I’ve tried to like this coffee spot but EVERYTIME I go the drinks are never the same. I can’t stand inconsistency with coffee. Are the drinks not recipes you all follow. Too sweet. Not sweet enough. Never hot - the hot is always semi warm. Everytime I say No foam on top. What happens. Foam on top. I don’t need 2oz less coffee for damn froth. I tried this place today and the service was the worst I’ve ever had. McKenzie was extremely rude and for a new customer who had never been there before it was a lasting impression. If you are going to try this place I recommend looking up the QR code before going because they are not helpful with it at all. And if you want to speak to a manager forget about it.
