I used to come to this location a LOT a couple years ago. Looks like the main female that was there has left, but whoever they hired seems like they dont have very good time management or they are abusing the independence of this job. Every time I have come to this location now, within supposed open hours, according to Google, the same female has always said she was closed. Sign was up the first few times, but it was also almost 0730. Now, the sign isn't up, and she is still saying closed almost an hour before they are supposed to close. Guess you have to go to one of the actual shops to get decent service now.

Ok Iāve tried to like this coffee spot but EVERYTIME I go the drinks are never the same. I canāt stand inconsistency with coffee. Are the drinks not recipes you all follow. Too sweet. Not sweet enough. Never hot - the hot is always semi warm. Everytime I say No foam on top. What happens. Foam on top. I donāt need 2oz less coffee for damn froth. I would say get it together and have some consistency in the making of drinks Butttttttt I wonāt go back so it really doesnāt matter.

I tried this place today and the service was the worst Iāve ever had. McKenzie was extremely rude and for a new customer who had never been there before it was a lasting impression. If you are going to try this place I recommend looking up the QR code before going because they are not helpful with it at all. And if you want to speak to a manager forget about it. They wonāt give you a number and just tell you to look online where surprise, thereās no contact info unless you are filling out a job application. Schertz location
