Super busy Friday night, and Jason gave incredible service!! Kept everyone moving and happy in the line!

Very disappointed in my visit this afternoon. Only come to cold stone every few months since it’s expensive so when I do I want to have a good experience. How ever I ordered a Gotta have it and it was filled like a love it. Disappointing to pay $9.50 for an ice cream that’s only half full. Unfortunately will likely be going to Andy’s from now on.

Clean store, friendly staff, and they are willing to make my custom order for a super-chocolatey milkshake. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Wait is ridiculously long! Definitely need more people working here! 18 people ahead of me! Many people left after seeing the long line!

Great ice cream and service

We were quite disappointed with the flavor and variety offered. Unfortunately, most of the ice cream went uneaten, and my 12-year-old son even expressed his dislike, saying he couldn't enjoy it and preferred to discard it. It may be helpful to explore a wider range of flavors to better appeal to different tastes.

Big shoutout to Jason for delivering top-tier customer service, handling the crowd like a pro, and somehow making waiting in line actually enjoyable. I rolled up right before a packed Saturday night movie, fully committed to my Jello Pudding Banana Cream dreams, and Jason did not disappoint! Smooth service, great conversation, and ice cream so good it deserves its own standing ovation. Bravo, Jason!

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The ice cream was already melting when it was served, and when I asked why it wasn’t cold, I was told it was “apparently fine.” It clearly wasn’t. I ended up wasting $10 on what felt more like a melted milkshake than proper ice cream. Definitely not worth it.

I am beyond disappointed with Cold Stone Creamery (1604 location). I purchased a cake for $43.55 for a birthday, expecting high quality due to the high price. Instead, I got food poisoning after eating it around 9:30 PM(Oct 3,2024). I have thrown up multiple times since then and am still feeling sick, unable to attend school, and bedridden.
1. We stored the cake properly by putting it in the refrigerator immediately after purchase, so there’s no reason for it to have gone bad.
2. When I returned to the store with the cake (hardly eaten—only 20%), the owner's attitude was shockingly rude. She asked for proof from a doctor that I had gotten sick from her cake! As if I needed to prove the obvious effects of eating something that made me throw up!
3. She refused to fully refund the cake, offering only half the price, which is ridiculous given that we hardly touched it (see the attached pictures).
4. She didn't even apologize, which is basic courtesy in customer service. RUDE EVER! Unprofessional
5. When I told her I had paid CASH, she insisted that only debit card refunds were possible, which is simply absurd and makes no sense.
6. The owner even had the audacity to call one of her staff to "verify" if I bought the cake. How insulting! I even offered to let her check the camera footage to prove I was there.
7. This entire process of returning a cake that made us SICK was unnecessarily difficult, adding to the frustration.
To top it all off, she basically told me to call the Health Department, smugly saying they scored a 100, and brushed off my complaint. Is this the health department's problem or the store's problem? If the cake was spoiled, that’s on them! And why is there NO Expiration Date or production date on the cake?

This cake completely ruined what was supposed to be a happy birthday and turned it into a disaster. If you want to risk your health, go ahead and buy from this place. I certainly won’t ever be back.
So disappointing, and the owner's lack of concern for her customers was just the icing on the (terrible) cake. Avoid this place at all costs.

I usually don't have a problem with cold stone in general, but they had a sign up today that said "managers special, apples 75% off!" So I bought one, thinking it was a good deal and I hadn't had one in awhile. I got to the front and when I was charged full price the employee told me it was only for the apples on the top of the counter. The sign didn't have any asterisks or "conditions apply", I shouldn't have to ask for details on a sale. Embarrassed and unwilling to start an argument I purchased the apple and left. I spent more on an apple than I did on ice cream.

It didn't help that after all of that I wasn't even given a chance to put in my rewards number. I mentioned I had one and no system prompted me for the number and the employee just drifted off ignoring me. I'll never come back here, this was an awful experience.

Experience was horrible, their cash register was not working and they carded us 10x before they got it to work, by the time it DID work our ice cream was melted and we were not given a refund or had our ice cream redid. The owner/boss was extremely unprofessional and stingy. Worst stone creamer we’ve been to and i will not be going again. Next time you want to start a business , know how to start one and refund your customers if you are taking up their time.

Service was horrible we had ordered ice cream and they hadn’t told us that they were only excepting cash and once they started up their card reader it wasn’t working and the boss was unprofessional and was not willing to help at all

Cancelled my Uber order! However, it wasn’t cancelled immediately after I ordered and my window to share my order closed. So if I did find another place to order from I’d be charged the fees I was trying to avoid. Fun fun telling the kids no ice cream after dinner as promised. I would churn my own ice cream before placing another order with this establishment. Awesome! Keep up the good work! I’ll stick with Handel's Homemade Ice Cream where my family is never disappointed.
