I went in there on 12/26/2023 and there was only one guy working in there. He had a lot of customers and online orders as well. He was working incredibly hard. I got my online order on time and it tasted and looked great. This employee was awesome.

I was just here and got the “boo batter” ice cream advertised with candy in it. It did not have candy in it, it is just colored black sweet ice cream. Very misleading.

Did not take my gift card either. Would not recommend going if attempting to use a gift card. Happened once because their card machine wasn’t working. Happened a second time, after calling in to see if they took gift cards, which they confirmed and then once we got there they told us they didn’t take it.

Tremendous service! I’ve had outstanding service every time I’ve visited.Once, it was close to closing time, and the door was already locked, but the manager told the employee to open the door and serve me anyway.On another visit, my wife and nephew got banana splits, which were not on the menu! The guy serving us went far above and beyond by bringing the finished treats to our table!I always leave a tip, but my experience has encouraged me to tip even more and only get ice cream from this location.

I kindly ordered ice cream, and got it. When I went to pay I asked for military discount, and with attitude she said she'd have to redo the transaction. Then I gave her a gift card for $10 and she even more attitude said she'd have to redo it again. When I was paying, she watched me to see if I was leaving a tip or not.

I ordered on the Cold Stones website on 4/7/23 to be deliver at 7pm. My delivery time kept going up so I called the driver. I spent approximately 10 min trying to direct the driver to my address. The driver just said he can't find it and he will get me a refund. Right after we hung up it stated "delivered". I called the store to address the matter and the first associate I talked to said that they didn't have any delivery orders, and the associate asked me as if it was new to him that you can make orders on the Cold Stone website. The associate said he couldn't give me a refund despite the transaction being processed through their store and that the manager would call me tomorrow. Tomorrow came so I called the store myself. Another associate gave me the run around saying the manger will call me in 15 minutes, manger never called. I called again and finally another associate directed me to a person who said they are the manager. The person claiming to be the manager heard my situation and promised to get my refund, I even asked when could I hear a follow up and she promised to follow up ASAP. Hours later I call again and another associate answers and said the manger isn't here today, I told him I just talked to her this morning and then he hung up in my face. Now the store won't answer my calls. This is worst and most ridiculous customer service I've ever experienced. First I pay for items that I never received from the store and now the store won't even answer my calls to resolve anything. It's unbelievable that you have people working at this store who have no issues bold face lying to costumers and hanging up in their face . The employees also refused to state their name. I'm happy we didn't receive the ice cream because I would never won't to eat anything from anyone with such low integrity, god knows what other type of fraudulent activity they are doing. I'll be filing a dispute for fraud and contacting corporate. Hopefully corporate actually cares about costumer service and the associates that have played apart in this are handled accordingly.

Bad customer service....I just put in an Order # 17411306594271238 today for delivery.Very rude when calling me back on something that they don't have! The lady (maybe ROZA) on the phone literally screaming at me and changing out my flavor ice cream without even asking if it's okie.
