Terrible ice cream!! I previously had better experiences before.
I ordered a sprinkled cup with cookies and cream & received a vanilla ice cream. The representative said that I had to pay extra for oreo. So to better understand, they don't have cookies and cream. That's exactly what I understood. The guy that assisted me, had poor customer service & gave me a chocolate cup instead of my sprinkled cup.
Presentation of the ice cream was also poor.
Never coming here again.

This place has employees that treat people bad.
I cannot believe what I heard how they treated my mother in law.

Making ugly faces and being rude.
The short girl and bigger girl with dirty blond hair I guess were never raised right .

They need to be fired !

Worst service ever!! These two girls (heavy set one and slim dirty blonde) were so rude to my mother. Ice cream sucked also and got my order wrong. Also saw roaches in the corner. Place needs to be shut down.

These kids have no customer service at all. They were all just talking among themselves instead of providing customer service. I will never return to this place. Just horrible service.

We didn’t try the ice cream but the chocolate from the Rocky mountain chocolate Factory tasted old. I was not happy with paying $7 for 1 chocolate covered pretzel and 1 truffle that didn’t taste fresh. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the ice cream. The candy apple sample was quite good so that ups it to 4 stars.

super rude employees. gave no time for me to decide what i want, impatiently staring me down while i figure out what i want. and then when i get the ice cream it’s all melted, has a hair in it, and doesn’t say anything word to me at all. really strange but what’s stranger is wet wipes on every table. there’s a whole lot of employees standing around talking, you’re telling me that not one of them can go around and wipe them after being used? got weird vibes at this place just wanted to enjoy a small cup of ice cream after my movie

If we're strictly talking about the ice cream, I absolutely love this place! I've been going to this Cold Stone for a very long time. It is a little pricey for ice cream, but I do believe it's worth it.Service is average. Staff are helpful, but most will not go above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Again, my ice cream is always great so this isn't too big of an issue for me and probably the same goes for most other people.However, the atmosphere has really declined recently. I'll still eat there, but I think there's a lot that could be done to enhance the customer experience. For example, the glass doesn't seem to be wiped down frequently. There's stanchions set up infront of the glass, which I am assuming is to keep people from wiping their hands all over it. Understandable, but when I last visited, there was a lot of staffing standing around and I am sure one of them could've wiped down really quickly. Very basic print paper B&W signs posted every, which in my opinion shows a lack of effort. Leaving cleaning supplies on a table seems hazardous and again, lazy, especially if you leave it unlabeled and they're within reach of children. Cleanliness was average. It wasn't gross but it wasn't inviting either.Overall, I'd definitely recommend Cold Stone to others and I for sure will continue to return. I just feel that if management paid attention to the little details, the atmosphere and the service will drastically increase!

Employees were great. But the manager was scolding the employees while we checked out talking about if they don't sing they don't get tips and they only get there $10 an hour. I feel like this was really inappropriate to talk about loudly in the main lobby. That seems like a private conversation. Btw the singing was loud and coordinated.

Me and my boyfriend wanted some Fro-Yo and we searched our nearest location and cold stone creamery had a subtitle under it saying “fro-yo” that should definitely be removed because they only serve some Good Ice-Cream and apples that are coated with sweets. Service was alright this girl with big eyes that barley blinks had so much attitude towards her customers and you can tell it’s out of frustration for the place being so packed.. it’s a good place what does she expect and stop screaming in customers face with attitude. I wish I got her name but she had dark hair HUGE eyes and she was little. Stay safe. Enjoy yall
