11/18/25-1st time coming to this location as a teacher gifted me 2-$10 gift cards as a birthday gift and love there hospitality as they greeted all there customers and they did a beautiful chant as well. The male cashier Jacob T and female cashier was very attentive to my requests as i was trying to deplete all the funds on both cards. Would highly recommend and return.

Came here for the first time on Friday night (7/18/25). My husband and I were blown away by the team! They were all high school/college kids and all so incredibly friendly, nice and genuinely seemed to enjoy interacting with the customers. Great customer service!

Located right in the heart of The Shops at La Cantera, this Cold Stone Creamery is the perfect sweet stop after shopping or just strolling around. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, which set the tone for a great visit. I sampled a couple of flavors (because why not?), but in the end, I went with my favorite—cheesecake ice cream with chocolate chips, all served in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone. It was refreshing, creamy, and totally satisfying. When I was looking to see if San Antonio had a cold stone creamery, I discovered that they have four locations listed in San Antonio.

They offer three sizes: Like It (5 oz), Love It (8 oz), and Gotta Have It (12 oz), available in cups or cones depending on your mood (or level of hunger!). Prices are pretty average for a specialty ice cream shop—worth it for the quality and mix-in magic.

Whether it's a hot Texas afternoon or a cool evening, this spot is always a solid choice for a sweet treat.

Great Service! But the sweet cream ice cream is too sweet and heavier than other sweet cream ice creams I've had. The waffle bowl has a hit of cinnamon and sugar,which is ok. I prefer a plain waffle cone to be just that, plain, no extras. A plain waffle cone can offset a sweet ice cream. Food for thought.

Terrible ice cream!! I previously had better experiences before.
I ordered a sprinkled cup with cookies and cream & received a vanilla ice cream. The representative said that I had to pay extra for oreo. So to better understand, they don't have cookies and cream. That's exactly what I understood. The guy that assisted me, had poor customer service & gave me a chocolate cup instead of my sprinkled cup.
Presentation of the ice cream was also poor.
Never coming here again.

This place has employees that treat people bad.
I cannot believe what I heard how they treated my mother in law.

Making ugly faces and being rude.
The short girl and bigger girl with dirty blond hair I guess were never raised right .

They need to be fired !

Worst service ever!! These two girls (heavy set one and slim dirty blonde) were so rude to my mother. Ice cream sucked also and got my order wrong. Also saw roaches in the corner. Place needs to be shut down.
