Employees were great. But the manager was scolding the employees while we checked out talking about if they don't sing they don't get tips and they only get there $10 an hour. I feel like this was really inappropriate to talk about loudly in the main lobby. That seems like a private conversation. Btw the singing was loud and coordinated.

Me and my boyfriend wanted some Fro-Yo and we searched our nearest location and cold stone creamery had a subtitle under it saying “fro-yo” that should definitely be removed because they only serve some Good Ice-Cream and apples that are coated with sweets. Service was alright this girl with big eyes that barley blinks had so much attitude towards her customers and you can tell it’s out of frustration for the place being so packed.. it’s a good place what does she expect and stop screaming in customers face with attitude. I wish I got her name but she had dark hair HUGE eyes and she was little. Stay safe. Enjoy yall

The ice cream was awesome but my experience at the store wasn’t good. It was my first time at this store and I didn’t know how it worked, I looked at the flavors and I chose one, the guy that was taking my order was talking way too quietly and I couldn’t hear him, I kept asking him to repeat, he kept mumbling and at some point I asked my husband who was right next to me if he could hear him. The servers started laughing, which made me embarrassed and at that point, he didn’t give us the chance to understand and say exactly what I wanted and just started making what he thought my order was. I wanted it to be in an ice cream cone bowl too and he just gave the regular bowl. It was frustrating and embarrassing to be laughed at and then to get something not exactly how I wanted.

Don't order a pint or quart, that's all I can say!I'm pregnant and the only treat I want lately is Birthday Cake Remix. I've been in the store for a Like It size many times, but today I sent my husband to just pick up a quart (which I ordered online). What a disappointment! I'm pretty sure they used less mix-ins for my entire quart than they did for my husband's Love It size of the same flavor... it was all plain ice cream! His Birthday Cake Remix (in a cup) looked entirely different than mine in a carton. And they left out one of my extra mix-ins (that I paid for) entirely. If you can stand there and watch them make it, this location is fine. But don't expect the same quality when buying, and paying for, a larger size like a pint or quart.

This was my first time going to an ice cream shop in a while and the really gave me a great experience. A little boy that was not with my party dropped his ice cream cup on the floor and the staff were gracious enough to make him a new one. They also have disinfectant wipes on all the tables.
Great ice cream. Very quick. Even with a long line. Nice and cool inside. Definitely recommend

Maybe the bad reviews are of former issues, because we went here twice over 4 days while on vacation, and excellent service, quality, and staff. Zero complaints. Came at a not busy time and what was a very busy time, and they were on top of both situations.

The store was packed with no indication of where to line up for orders so people lined up behind the cash register. A young man kept yelling for people to line up at the ice cream counter. He never shared that chocolate and caramel apple purchases could go straight to the register. It was a hawt mess!! I got 1 dark chocolate pecan cluster, after waiting 15 min and moving from line to line. Better signage is in order!
