Honestly, this place is ridiculous.
We got here not even in closing time and then some girl was already rushing us out, the poor kids in front of us were crying that they wanted ice cream. Some young girl said “you have to get out” my family and I just left, what made me livid was the poor kids in front of us already waiting in line crying literally being rushed out.
Never coming again…

When I walked in I was immediately greeted with a smile by Hudson. He carefully navigated over five different ice cream flavors for my friends and I. We ended up going with one of his favorite recommendations off the “Signature Creations” list the Apple Pi A La Coldstone. IT TASTED JUST LIKE AN APPLE PIE. I was very pleased with my visit here and i’ll definitely be back!

I absolutely love this place!! I’m not a big ice cream fan, but there’s one young lady there who introduced me to the silk!! Peighton is awesome!! Always friendly and professional. If you haven’t tried the silk, you’re missing out on a very neat sweet treat! Ask for Peighton. She’ll take good care of you.

WOW...only had 1 vanilla SUGAR FREE , line was so long, 2 persons fixing orders, no cashier, or same person fixes orders is the cashier?? greedy w the pecans.

Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday, non-custom. The cake was delicious, and the staff person was very helpful in letting me know about how to ensure the cake was delivered in tact and how to store and serve. The cake was a hit. Definitely recommend Cold Stone Creamery for their awesome cakes and service!

Terrible service I received from Tatum! Im not sure if shes new or not… but she was on FaceTime when there was a line of customers! She started my ice cream before the rest of my family yet I was the last one to get it… and the outside cup was messy. If shes new… she needs training. If shes not… she needs to be reevaluated!
