Ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday, non-custom. The cake was delicious, and the staff person was very helpful in letting me know about how to ensure the cake was delivered in tact and how to store and serve. The cake was a hit. Definitely recommend Cold Stone Creamery for their awesome cakes and service!

Terrible service I received from Tatum! Im not sure if shes new or not… but she was on FaceTime when there was a line of customers! She started my ice cream before the rest of my family yet I was the last one to get it… and the outside cup was messy. If shes new… she needs training. If shes not… she needs to be reevaluated!

Went in to get a Treat‼️ Founders day is my fav...walked in about 8:15 or so it's Labor Day evening no greeting no hello nada. did not catch her name but she had two braids and glasses. I asked her if they had syrup or just chocolate fudge to put on top of my Founders Day. She clearly did not know the difference between chocolate syrup and chocolate fudge; she decided that she would educate me and tell me that there was fudge inside of the founders day ice cream...I told her I knew that and I understand that but I wanted chocolate syrup. after she had slathered fudge all over the top of my ice cream she asked me if I would like to have it scraped off I told her no thank you just cancel the whole thing.?...maybe if her attitude had been a little bit better I may have considered allowing her to scrape the fudge from the top of my ice cream. We felt as if we were bothering them the entire time over there so we simply packed our ice cream up and Left. dear owner please put your staff in check it is really not good business to have folks with attitudes working in the evenings realize there's no one else to really do it but at the same time it really helps to be nice to customers they do return occasionally?PS..I saw the other young lady who was working go and take her own personal plastic spoon get a scoop of ice cream from the ice cream area and take a nice taste of her own? she was a lot nicer? so I guess we can allow her to just help herself to the ice cream with their own personal spoon.I just hope she didn't double dip.

The ice cream here is great and I especially like that you can create your own concoction. What I dont like about this location is tht I have went here about 5 different times and NONE of the workers wore gloves. The workers were polite. There was one worker a young black lady and she had a dangly bracelet on... the whole time she was mixing my icecream order I was looking to see if her bracelet which was dangerously close to my ice cream would dip in. It was so nerve racking.

Went to see a movie nearby. Saw this place and wanted to try! I am so glad that I did! We got founders favorite which was ice cream with brownies peacn and something else I forgot. The price is okay. We got founder’s favorite small for 6.48 with tax. But this was definitely one of the best icecream I have ever tasted! Definitely try if you are into icecream!

The guy seemed confused by everything I wanted, would not properly chop my mixes up, and would only use one spade. Which wouldn't be a problem if he actually was proficient at the job. He also provided stale kitkats in my ice cream. There was an off-putting taste in the mint too.

Cold stone is my favorite ice cream. The ice cream is right balance of creamy and sweet but not overly sweet. When done right this is best ice cream hands down. But every time we go the employees making orders don't mix the toppings at all. I get 2 huge pieces of frozen strawberry and huge chunks of walnuts. So you can't really enjoy it. Today I ordered a surrender to strawberry and i didnt get a single strawberry in my ice cream. The rest of the mix in were little to none and could only be found in very top. More than half of my ice cream had no mix ins whatsoever. My daughter gets brownies in hers and same thing instead of being mixed in just get large chunk. Should be same amount toppings but mixed well enough so that it's broken up and mixed in through ice cream. This has been same experience when it is slow. Note to owner: if you notice lower amounts of customers this is probably one reason why.

He seemed to be having a bad day because he had a tough attitude, we've been to several Cold Stone location and always order the same thing and it's always the same procedure. This time Cristian made it difficult for us and kept asking us about a size without any explanation. It's the first time a Cold Stone asks for a size and kept looking at us. His explanations were very vague and unprofessional. The ice cream didn't have any cheesecake, just chocolate. Wouldn't recommend this location and wouldn't recommend Cristian getting your order. Employer please keep this in mind before it affects your business.

Somehow I end up getting the same employee, Peyton everytime I go. She's rude! Asked for an add in and the girl rolls her eyes. I'm paying for the add in so not sure why the attitude. It's an attitude everytime. Gave 2 stars because it's not the ice creams fault.

I just recently left the establishment and I'm torn on my review. There was one guy working the counter and the way he went about serving me was interesting. I ordered 4 or maybe 5 things and I was the only one in the building. It took him 20+ min from the first ice cream to the last. He would make waffle cones in between my order which inadvertently made the first 2 orders start melting a bit early. It went something like...I ordered my first ice cream then he would put a waffle on the machine. Then take my second order and but work on the waffles then start it and this would repeat till the end of my order. I was going to just leave but I had ordered for other people and we really wanted the ice cream for our break. Sadly, by the time I got to my location the first two were half melted... and the rest were getting there. On a good note.. the ice cream that didn't melt was still good.
