Really great place to come and work! I ordered an iced vanilla latte with half and half and it was $8! Definitely not worth it. The color was so milky and barely tasted like coffee.

Well as it goes service can ruin a restaurant. The server working today was not well equipped rude and not ready for service. When I asked for a refund for the coffee we ordered as we waited nearly 30 min for and couldn’t wait any longer instead of apologizing he said I wasn’t patient. There were only 3 groups in the restaurant at the time. He didn’t have the water out and when I asked he said he was to busy. When I walked into the restaurant no pastries were out he said he was too busy! He either needs more training or you need to not have him working with customers. Good luck!

I must say, this coffee place has the most beautiful ambiance. The wall art was super adorable, ample of indoor and outdoor space, great seating arrangements, and it’s a two level cafe. The coffee was rich, creamy and delicious. We ordered couple of cappuccinos and lattes. Both were delicious.

Parking: You will have to drive around to find a good parking spot. We ended up parking pretty far. It was quite a bit of walk.

It’s the prettiest location in the city, but it also has the worst service by far. Every single time I try and take a chance on this place I end up regretting it.

The previous times I've been here, the food has always been amazing and the service very good. I went here to get a little pick me up and discovered they're closed even though it says on Google they're open. No sign or anything that explains why they're closed right now :( save your time and don't come here right now

I love this place and have supported it since college. I would give it a five star if the music is not so loud that you feel like you have to scream for your companion to hear you. People's chatterings are a lot nicer to listen to than loud music.

Food, lattes, and desserts were good!
Unfortunately no outlets, inappropriately angrily rushing and rude service made it less enjoyable.

Kid-friendliness: My kids love it here. Their favorite is the Nutella and fruit crepe at brunch.

I find it had to rate this place. The food was really good, however to me there were a couple of drawbacks. My girl got the French toast, which was very good, however they gave her what to me was a small amount of syrup, maybe 2 oz. My brrakfast croissant was ok, pretty good. I didn't get the Avocado egg toast and it looked really good when someone else got it. Oddly, again to me, the coffee was so-so. Cost was around $35 for 2 people. Parking was public using an internet system which took a long time to download the app and work my way through it. I did not like that at all. Overall, I would say they were above average.

I went into the Jones location this afternoon and ordered a hot chai. The barista who originally made was continuously complaining and shouting that she hates this place and she hates her job. I’m sitting at the bar top. It was uncomfortable and upsetting because I live next door and do come often for pick me ups and to de-stress. I asked for a remake because it just tasted like cold cinnamon milk. I ordered it hot. No big deal. Easy fix. She tells Tyler that she sucks at chai and is telling them how much she hates her job and she can’t wait to get out of there. Again, why am I tipping or coming to a place where the aura and vibes are extremely negative. Tyler then proceeds to talk while the other complains. After sometime the chai was made…. Tyler slammed it down in front me, doesn’t say one word to me as if I’m not a paying customer or some inconvenience. It looked like slop to the point where I felt disgusted and couldn’t even taste it. If these people don’t care? How can I trust they aren’t messing with orders? I came in the day before and ordered the same exact thing and it was NOTHING like that. When I asked for a refund she became hostile and began to gaslight me. I left. Baristas are just serving caffeinated drinks not saving lives. It shouldn’t be that deep.

There were 3 people I saw on shift.

The gentlemen who was helpful and kind

Tyler- hostile and rude

and the hate my job/life gal. - don’t know her name

It’s unfortunate that I can’t come to my local coffee shop without a black cloud over my head because of the rude and horrible staff. We all have personal stuff going on and it’s not the paying customers business or the customers problem. End of story.

Croque madame came with a single lunch meat slice of ham. Pictures online show much more in the sandwich. Baristas are cold and don’t seem to care. Dill chicken salad sandwich doesn’t taste like dill. The chicken salad is supposed to have dried cranberries. The sandwich had 2 in the entire thing. It’s clear this location is skimping on ingredients to save money. Don’t support this business. EDIT: Ordered an omelet to replace the croque madame. After 20 minutes, I got a refund and left. An omelet shouldn't take 20 minutes. It had been sitting under the heat lamp but the barista claimed there was no one to run it. Terrible food and terrible service. Maybe they're coffee is good, but don't eat there. It amazes me how low the standards are for restaurants in San Antonio...

Looking for a dill chicken salad sandwich? Well this ain’t it. I wouldn’t have known this was a dill sandwich because the ingredient is absolutely nowhere to be found. To top it off the chicken was dry and the four cranberries were flavorless. Save your money and go to Heb and get the premade turkey cranberry salad.

Now this is an incredible study spot! No gluten free options beware of that. My latte was nice. The only thing that really bothered me is that it was kinda dirty in some spots. Like the atmosphere and vibe are impeccable…so why aren’t the windows/bathroom/etc clean?

Love the food but the Davis one is constantly out of simple stuff like GOAT CHEESE for their most popular salad. I mean come on it is like they run out all the time of stuff.. Come on now.
