The food is very tasty here but they need more of a selection. They change every so often and they took a lot of my favorites off the menu, but the one thing everyone needs to experience is the classic dinners that they have where the owner plays host and gives an experience like no other and you get to know everyone at the table and it really truly is a HomeTown experience. You don't get things like this anymore in restaurants and you can't help but just coming back...
I had the pleasure of instructing a Paint & Sip event at Copa through my business, LET'S PAINT, Y'ALL. Not only was it beautiful and tastefully decorated, everyone from (Victoria), Jeff, Fernando, and AJ were all so friendly and helpful!
Great wine bar. Super friendly staff. Good selection of appetizers and pizza. Amazing wine flights and selection of varieties. Generous pours! My go to wine bar and girls night/date night!
